Everyone I had to deal with was courteous, professional, and respectful. No fast talking high pressure like some other places. Conrad (Internet sales) called me back promptly early the next morning, answered all my questions and pointed me to the CarFax report for this vehicle. I was initially a bit concerned because I am out of state and live 280 miles away near Raleigh, NC. Conrad explained the process fully with all the details and cost differences. Conrad and Lloyd (Finance) worked to secure a super finance rate even better than my own credit union offered and I have good credit score. Everything was finalized (with vehicle hold) in a few hours through emails and a couple phone calls with Conrad including a cost breakdown so there were no surprises. Conrad also took some additional pictures of a few areas on the car. The discussions were very friendly, efficient, and helpful, so I felt confident to take the 5 hour trip. When I arrived the next day, I was greeted by Conrad and Branden (Finance Director) where I was told that the finance paperwork would be ready when Conrad finished with me (efficient). Conrad immediately informed me that the floor mats were missing so a new set had already been ordered and were being shipped directly to my house in North Carolina. How great is that! The car was ready and waiting. The test drive went perfect. The car was exactly as described on-line. I was very pleased with the detailing and pre-sale service this dealership did! After I returned from the test drive, I met with Lloyd (Finance Manager) who walked me through the financing and extended service options, explained the details, and answered all my questions. Very professional, respectful, and friendly! In 20-minutes, including some enjoyable casual conversation, I was done. Excellent car at a low price! Lloyd took me back to Conrad who had already mounted my temporary plate. Branden came out at the end and shook my hand and thanked me. After some Nascar and other casual conversation with Conrad, Lloyd, and a few other salesmen we left for the 280 mile trip back to North Carolina. The whole buying process took maybe an 1.5 hour including the test drive and vehicle inspection. All the people I dealt with especially Conrad, Lloyd, and Branden were genuinely friendly, courteous, and professional. No surprises, excellent customer service, great dealership, no pressure sales - that's what car buying should be! Well worth the trip to Sheehy Nissan in Waldorf, MD!!! I'll call them first for my next purchase and save a lot of money too! The vehicle I purchased was a one-owner Nissan Altima 2012 2.5 SL with 15K miles in excellent condition. I paid ~20% less than exact same year+model+options I could find anywhere locally within 250-mile radius from Raleigh , NC. Coming from NC where documentation fees vary (typically $400-$600), the DOC fee in the state of Maryland is capped at $200.00. More

The staff congratulate me on my new purchase, only thing that was missing was the balloons and confetti. They get me the interest rate that I wanted and car payments very do able. I would definitely recommend to my friends, family, and people I don't even know. Sheehy Nissan definitely gets my cools points!! Thanks! More

I already knew what car I wanted and the ball park price I wanted to pay. Conrad worked effortlessly with me to insure that I was satisfied. After we got to the price I wanted to pay I was then introduced to Lloyd (Business Manager) who worked with me to do the financing. NMAC was able to half the interest rate that USAA quoted me. I left there an extremely happy person. This is the fourth car/truck I have bought here. Will be going back. More

I originally went to Sheehy Springfield and bought a used Armada. The Day after I bought it the check engine light came on. I took it to the Springfield Service Department and it was in the shop for over 2 Armada. The Day after I bought it the check engine light came on. I took it to the Springfield Service Department and it was in the shop for over 2 weeks. I got the vehicle back from the shop and a few days later the check engine light came on again. I took it back to Springfield. It was in the shop again for more than a few days. The check engine light came on again after a few days. I called Springfield to make an appointment and Greg (the guy in service) would not return my call. I decided to take the vehicle to Sheehy in Waldorf to see if they could find out what the problem was with the vehicle. They found out that the vehicle was not properly repaired by Springfield. Sheehy in Waldorf allowed me to trade the vehicle that could not be repaired for a newer vehicle. They promised me a payment that I felt comfortable with and they delivered. All of the employees there were very friendly and attentive. My sales guy, Tim, was awesome. More
I bought a car from Brandon in July. I came in for the scheduled service and he remembered me and the car I bought. I wanted to get a used car for myself. I contacted my good friend Bill Crockett. He is a sales person down at Sheehy in Waldorf. We told Bill that what we were looking for. I told him that my dad was going to put it in his name and i was going to make the payments. The only thing was that my dad couldn't come down there with me to sign the paperwork. Bill went to his bosses and they came up with the idea to have us get a notarized letter saying that my father gives me permission to sign his name. Ok so we got that and i went down to get the car. When i got there i first dealt with Marc in finance. I noticed that the paperwork i was signing had my name and my fathers information. My dad has the same name as me and i am JR. i asked Marc if this is going to be a problem and he said no. They handed me the keys to the car and off i went. About 2 weeks went by and i called Bill cause i haven't heard anything. He said he would look into it. 2 weeks later we were contacted by Bill saying that we had to drive back down there to refill out the paperwork cause the bank didn't except the paperwork. We couldn't just up and drive to Maryland a 5.5 hour drive.......So thats when we spoke to William Gray very rude to us. He had alot of sarcasm to say. Again this wasn't our fault it was theres but they were trying to make it our fault! He told us that he was going to REPO the car mind u we still haven't even made a payment. We told him that we would go to our lawyer. When we said that he said that he would have someone drive up here to fill out the paperwork. The next day someone from the dealership drove up to our house and my father signed all the paperwork. The next morning the dealership called us to tell us that my dad missed a few signatures. You would think that the representative from the dealership that drove to our house 5.5 hours would of went over each and every page to make sure he had the proper signature! This is when we started talking with Branden Toth, again also very rude and sarcastic trying to tell us that we were doing a straw deal and they knew what they were doing from the beginning they messed up and tried to put this on us. Marc and Branden both should lose there jobs they are disgusting customer service reps for Sheehy. I would ashamed of myself if i was there bosses. So on the phone Branden asked my father if he could sign his name. ILLEGAL!!!! Anyway a few days later we were getting a call from the repo people. My father had to get a private loan from a bank up here in NJ with a lot higher interest rate that we were supposed to get. Well we got the loan and sent them there money. Im still waiting for my registration and tags and haven't received them. I can' tell u how many times i emailed these guys and called and its so difficult to get anyone on the phone. I would never ever deal with these guys again even if they told me they would give me a free car. Someone there should lose there job. I hope anybody thats going to buy a car from them reads this first!!!! TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! More
