Mr. Gilbert not only extended us friendly service, he exceeded our expectations and ensured our car buying experience was an enjoyable experience. This alone made it a rare memory. The vehicle Mr. Gilbert was able to help us purchase (a Nissan Versa SV) met our needs and has thus far proven a much-desired improvement for our family. Our experience at Sheehy Waldorf was further enhanced by the excellent service provided by Financial Manager Mark Peluzzo who made the often tedious financial realities a friendly and even fun experience. His expertise in his job, his knowledge of his product, and his willingness to guide rather than "manage" our decisions were instrumental in closing the sale. I had no appointment they took me right away. My car was washed and vacuumed by Chris who did a great job. I could not be happier with the entire service experience. Day one when requested information came from Brandon, I knew that i would buy something from the way he responded.I felt no presuure and straight forward answers. Mr. Conrad was a great listerner, he was able to get the right car and price for me with just a few questions. I love my new car. Lloyd Wilson went over all my paperwork, in the end I was assured, all I had to do was drive. The car is in great hands, now that Sheehy Nissan will be handle all my care and problems if ever there is a problem. Lloyd I say thank you. Last but not least Mia Quiles was such a joy to meet. Ok so... I sure wasn't in the market to get a car at this moment in time, but unexpected events with my current vehicle lead to have no choice but to start looking for other transportation. I contacted a few dealerships, but none of them were as helpful as the employees at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf. Of course, when I started the process I expected to be jerked around and literally get no where without pulling teeth... But these fellows at Nissan made this experience so easy. I have to say this was the MOST honest experience I have EVER had at a car dealership! I am almost 7 months pregnant and felt like I would be taken advantage of, but nope! These guys were accommodating and did the best they could to make sure I was satisfied when I left. I have to say they really made me feel like what I wanted/needed mattered and they explained to me the best way they could to make sure I understood my finance situation. I can't thank them enough for their help! They sure have an EXCEPTIONAL team!!!! :) More

Mike was a great guy as well- very personalable and Llyod- although he gave me a hard time- was willing to work with us while financing until 10pm! Great great company and have already recommended a few friends to come purchase their vehicles from this location. More
I leased a vehicle from this dealership and was given incorrect information as to when to turn it back in. I ended up turning it back in early, incurring a $715.00 fee. I did not have the information for the Nissan Corp who handled the lease. I relied on the salesman to get me the information, which was a bad idea. He attempted to solve my problem instead of sending me to the leasing company. I was ignorant enough to think they could find me the information or send me to the correct place to get it. The GM, William Grey, took no responsibility for his employees giving me the wrong information and refuses to help with the early turn in lease fine. Needless to say, I am furious and do not recommend anyone doing business with this dealership as they do not understand what customer service really means. More

Our experience at Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf was the worst one we ever had in the numerous opportunities we bought a car in the US and abroad. For starters, the day before traveling there we spoke by phone one we ever had in the numerous opportunities we bought a car in the US and abroad. For starters, the day before traveling there we spoke by phone with a representative inquiring about a vehicle we had seen in the internet. We described the features of this vehicle, which the representative corroborated, to make sure that it was still available. We had to travel more than 40 miles to get there. Upon arriving the representative was with other customers. He almost did not greet us and asked another salesman to take care of us. We understand that he was busy, but his attitude was absolutely non courteous. The other salesman brought the car we were interested in, which turned out to be of manual transmission, not automatic as it was described in the internet and also according to what we had discussed the day before with the representative. When we complained about this, the reaction of the representative with whom we spoke the day before and of the used cars manager was of total indifference, stating in a very unprofessional way that those things sometimes happen. When retrieving the information about the car in their computer it was indeed marked as automatic. They did not do anything to try to accommodate for their mistake, and the manger returned to his ‘occupation’ without any effort to become personally involved. After test driving a car that we found by ourselves at their computer, we asked the manager whether he could work with us on the price, which we considered too high for the model. He offered us a ridiculous discount and when we said that we would be paying cash for the car, he replied that it would be better for him if we would ask for a loan so he gets more money. When we were about to leave, he did not do any effort to retain us. The only positive part of our experience is that the following day, we found a dealer (Alexandria Hyundai) where our experience was totally the opposite and where we ended up buying a much better car at a substantially lower price. Our word of advice: Do not use tSheehy Nissan of Waldorf. More
