Replacement of front and back windshield Around the beginning of June this year, I had to get my front and back windshield, replaced. It was an urgent matter, since my back windshield was com Around the beginning of June this year, I had to get my front and back windshield, replaced. I must say although the service department was close Ms. Maria Quiles the customer relations Rep, went out of her way to contact Mr. John Bergling the service Manager who know me very well, he was able to allow for my vehicle to be check in and get it worked on the following day. Not only they were able to perform a quality type of work, I was also given a reasonable price. Ms Tori McDowell the assistant service manager took the time to look up my vehicle`s status and informed me that I was due for my oil change, therefore I was able to get all the work done at once, which prevented me from having to schedule that on a separate day. I am always impressed by Ms. Tori`s ability to clearly communicate any issues related to my vehicle. With that being said, I must emphasize that Mr. John Bergling and his entire team have always done a great job overall and I am glad to have purchased my vehicle from them. Pressure Free Experience With Honest and Helpful Staff Was searching high and low for a new vehicle for my son that had just acquired his drivers license. At other stores, car salesmen descended on us like vultures and we always felt that they were being dishonest. I never got that feeling while at Waldorf Nissan. The staff there was professional and very pleasant. David Soto who sold us our car was sincere and set us up for several test-drives for comparison purposes. He went above and beyond spending roughly 3-4 hours with us patiently offering alternatives. He even checked some of the other stores to ensure we found the right vehicle at the right price. In the end, we found a great buy, but the car had a chipped window. No worries there either... Ms. Mia Quiles (who is an absolute breadth of fresh air) worked with me (and my chaotic schedule) to facilitate me bringing the car in for a windshield replacement. It ended up being a short notice drop off and Mia scrambled to find me a loaner vehicle. I couldn't be happier with the results... David is awesome, Mia is a rock star, and I will be purchasing my next vehicle from them! More

Awesome customer service I love going to this dealership because I always received the best customer service from Mia Quiles. She is the best! My sister and I had issues before at this dealership with their old general manager William Gray ( very rude guy) which made me not want to recommend this dealership to anyone and I really did not want to go back. I usually go for my oil changes (VIP deal) and if I have questions about any of my deals and I can always count on Mia to make sure I am updated on things and that I am alright. She introduced me to the new general manager ( he seems very nice) which she did not have to do but it a good part of great customer service. I always look forward to seeing her when I go in and I always appreciate her help. They need to keep people like her around because she is great with customers. More
