Everyone at Sheehy Nissan was incredible! I first met Brad when a friend of mine was buying a used car last year and came away with happy with a great deal on a used Altima. My experience at Sheehy Nissan of Manassas was astonishing. This was my first time purchasing a car from an actual dealership, and my car had just died on me. I needed something fast and something astonishing. This was my first time purchasing a car from an actual dealership, and my car had just died on me. I needed something fast and something that was realiable and I found it there. The customer service was beyond belief, and the gentleman who assisted me throughout the whole process was Gregory Howard. A very pleasant and helpful individual. He wanted to make sure I was happy and that the car met all of my expectations. Gregory took his time and made sure that I got the best price and that everything was within my budget. He didnt pressure me into making any type of decision and although i changed my mind several times he was very patient and understanding. Not only that but my credit wasnt the best, and they were still able to get me into a fabulous car, with an affordable monthly payment. Along with all the great deals they have, Sheehy has an incredible VIP program which will save me an enormous amount a year on car services. When I walked into the dealership I was upset and wasnt really looking forward to a car payment, however after leaving I am happy to be paying for a car that is well worth it. He insisted it was no problem and replaced it with a new one. I speak with an accent and Brad seemed to have no problem understanding me and he spoke very clearly and patiently to me.
