The last thing on earth I wanted to do was buy a car, but after an accident that totalled my car, I had no choice. I had fallen in love with the Nissan Juke, but they were in scarce supply. Long story short, just when I had given up on finding a Juke I wanted, I made an appointment with John -- and pulled up right next to a new Juke that someone had just turned down. Door wells never cleaned cup holders still had goop!! The less than professional night detailer that had my CUBE was less than caring!!! He tried to tell me the paint was bad? This is a 2009 CUBE Krom, so the paint is not bad. The rims are dirty and he over sprayed the tires and now I have tire shine on my paint. That is BAD for the paint!! The spots are still on the back seats!! He used a dirty rag to wipe the inside down? The windows are still dirty? The door jams and sill were not clean. He did not even do a real vac job on the sides? HOW IS THIS ALL POSSIBLE. Jon walked the car with me and saw all the issues? He was a true service professional. He refunded the price of the detail. I can not believe that your dealership is selling a service YOU CAN NOT DELIVER. I feel that you should pay for my car to be detailed by a professional!! Very UNHAPPY customer!!!
