Although he was no longer working in sales but in finance instead I was not disappointed by my experience. Knowing my concerns about upgrading to a Maxima Mr. Howard took the time to review my financing options in great detail. He was very informative and his background in sales proves to be a great asset in walking customers through the entire car buying process. I usually do not look forward to purchasing a new car but working with Greg on these last two purchases, my first Nissans, the process has been pleasant. Through my recommendations, my brother-in-law had purchased a brand new Versa and later traded that for another brand new Murano. I have purchased 2 brand new vehicles from this showroom in the past and was there to trade off for my 3rd brand new vehicle purchase from this showroom. Myself, my wife and 2 kids were kept waiting for more than 1/2 an hour. I saw the associate outside smoking/standing/talking on cell etc, prior to the announcement. The associate, after 2 announcements, finally showed up for 10 seconds, stating he will be with us in a minute. We sat in the lobby, strolled outside, saw several vehicles but still there was no whereabouts of this associate. We finally left and I called the premises and as a courtesy spoke with the manager, Carl, that we have left after waiting for more than 1/2 an hour. Carl apologized....I think greatly of this GM for this apology but not much for his staff. We left but were more shocked than angry at this treatment and only wondered why this had to happen!! I was all ready for the negotiations and haggling over the prices and picking out the packages and going over my future payments, but alas all the excitement was cut short.
