There is not doubt that do to Jon's professionalism and the cost of the services preformed, I will continue to return for any service needed but will recommend Jon to all my friends and Sheehy when they consider buying a new car. To start of, let me just say that my family and I have been loyal customers and I am pretty sure we have helped them make money. I bought my first car there, because of the service I received from the SAL been loyal customers and I am pretty sure we have helped them make money. I bought my first car there, because of the service I received from the SALES representative, I recommended this place to my fiancé who then bought a 350z. 1 year later, I also recommended this place to our good friend who bought another car which is a Nismo. Im sure those 2 cars that was purchased were not cheap! . However, I will no longer recommend any of my prestige friends to this location due to the repair/service department. This place is really good at getting new customers but very poor at KEEPING THEM! When I bought my car, they pushed the VIP service. VIP I was not! I brought my car in for an OIL CHANGE, which usually takes jiffy lube 30 minutes to do. I called ahead of time to make an appointment and the customer service Jon told me I didn't have to make an appointment. He also informed me that it was first come first serve. So this is when it went down to complete horror. My fiancé woke up at 730 AM to bring in our car early for service. we took 2 cars so we can just drop the car off and come back when it was ready. We got there around 820-30 ish and there were hardly any cars there. It wasn't busy on a saturday because it was still early. I told Jon (customer service) that I wanted an oil change and also wanted the price of how much they sell their tires. I was just curious on how much it was going to cost me if I ever needed to get my tires replaced. He said it was going to take 2-3 hours to finish the service. We went back home and waited for their call. 1:30 PM came and no call. I decided to call them and checked for the status of the car. Jon picked up the phone and told me that it wasn't done yet. I was calm and continued doing chores. 3pm came around and still no call. Mind you, we dropped the car off at 830 AM. I started to get irritated because they were giving me the run around. Jon then put me on hold which seemed to be 10 minutes, some guy derek picked up the phone. I told derek that I was on hold with JON. Jon didn't tell me that he was transferring me to another guy (very unprofessional). I was still calm. Then Jon told me that the service was not yet done. WHAT! It takes more than 8 hours to get an oil change? 1. it was not busy when we got there. 2. he told me 2-3 hours. 3. no update calls from them regarding how much longer it will take for them to change the oil. 4. They were telling me that because I had asked about how much the price of the tires were, that they had to place my car in a different line which was taking longer. REALLY? It takes 8 hours to do an oil change, and get a price quote on tires which I know and informed him that I didn't really need. I then asked for dereks manager then Jon answered the phone. I thought JON WAS CUSTOMER SERVICE! Now they were playing games! MY QUESTION IS ....WHY WAS MY CAR IN THE LINE FOR GETTING MY TIRES CHECKED? I JUST WANTED TO KNOW HOW MUCH THE TIRES WERE! My fiance then got on the phone since he started to feel as if they were taking advantage of me because I AM A FEMALE. He took the phone from me and spoke to Jon. Jon told him the situation about putting my car in a different line of cars (which was longer) because of a price quote. Anyone on their right mind know that it shouldn't take 8 hours to get an oil change and a quote on the tires!!!! I had serious service done to my car before and it didn't take this long. Jon tried to make us feel better by giving us a FREE OIL CHANGE. What jon didn't know but SHOULDVE KNOWN is that we had the VIP account and already get the 3 free oil changes PER YEAR and this was my first time this year! He definitely should've been looking at our account before speaking BS and making poor excuses why the service was taking this long. He then rudely asked my fiancé "is this conversation over?" which really why I am making this review! We asked for his GENERALS MANAGERS NAME and will definitely write a very long letter regarding this horrible experience at SHEEHY NISSAN OF MANASSAS. If you are a female, please be careful of this place! WITH ALL OF THIS SAID, I WILL NEVER AGAIN COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMENT ANYONE TO THIS PLACE More
My Name is Vivek. I happened to buy a used car with the help of Mark Gratton. I liked the car available at this location after having done lots of test drives at places in MD and VA. I went ahead and bough help of Mark Gratton. I liked the car available at this location after having done lots of test drives at places in MD and VA. I went ahead and bought the car and the transaction things were handled smoothly because of Mark and Manny. However, my appreciation of Mark and co. should certainly go because of the way they handled my car's service. Some Tyre sensor was malfunctioning after about a week from my purchase and when i bought it to the notice of Mark Gratton, he immediately got it resolved and helped in all the ways. Now after 3months, time has come for my first service, during which i had brought to their notice about a steering noise problem that i have noticed from a month of my purchase. Service department was very quick in checking that out and letting me know how it could be handled. After we brought Mark in to it, the issue was totally understood and resolved to the satisfaction of me. I really thank Mark, Mike Ellis, Hoffman involved in getting this fixed in very short span and resolving the problem to satisfaction of me, the customer. I think the people are willing to listen to your version and do as much as they can to earn your appreciation. I definitely think that this is one of the reasons why they are the leading dealership in the area. I hope they continue their service in providing their customers with the best cars. A special thanks should go to their service department as they happen to be the key people in getting repeated customers. If things turn out good, we hope to get another car, this year end, at the same dealer for my brother. More

Sheehy Nissan of Manassas stand behind their product I am very satisfied this is my second time buying from them and I have worked with dealers that once they get you they don't care how long you wait after. My experience with Sheehy Nissan of Manassas was great I personally worked with an employee named Said and this guy explained everything and any questions I had he answered. I just recommended them to my neighbors they are planning on checking them out. Service was great and always friendly I understand how important car buying is that's why I am taking the time to write review to make people's lives easier this guys know what they are talking about. I drove my previous car for about ten years and decided it was finally time to get a new one. The problem was I did not know what I was looking for. So my search began, I was undecided between a SUV or a Car. A compact, mid, or Full. I had been out of the market for so long I had no clue if I wanted a Honda, Nissan or Toyota. So my search began. It seemed like every sales person I ran into only cared about the quick sale and making money off me as fast as they could. They did not care enough about me to help me find what I really wanted. I went to 7 Dealeships before I found Sheehy Nissan of Manassas. When I went to sheehy nissan I was introduced to a sale person by the name of Kristopher Byrd. I was shocked to find out he actually took the time to sit me down and find out what was most important to me in a vehicle. He showed me a rogue vs a murano and a sentra vs an altima. In the end, after a lot of talking and test driving, together we figured out that what I really needed was an altima. It had everything I was looking for and just a little bit more to fit right into my budget. Poor guy must of thought I was a bit crazy because I made 4 trips in before I finally made the right choice. But his patience, understanding and careing paid off. After I made my choice on the altima. He put me with Dean to go over my paper work. I was really surprised to find out how pleasant and easy the whole process was. There was no pressure to buy any unwanted after market items and I was in and out in no time. Then they took the time to show me the rest of the dealership and I was suprised to see how wonderful their service department area was, and how comfortable their lounge was. So I went back and decided to buy the vip package so I could get all of my service done with them. Thanks Kris and Dean I will make sure I send all my friends your way. More
We were looking for a car since December. With my husband seeing the Murano earlier told me to go and take look. He had purchased a Nissan Maxima Feb 2011 from Sheehy Nissan via Mark Gratton. I went in without my husband and was glad to see Mark Gratton there. We sat in a Murano right there in the show room. He did my leg room test with me. He sat in the front while I sat directly behind him. Yes, I had enough leg room. Mark G was able to answer my "mommy" questions as well as knowing technical questions that my husband would have asked. I didn't have to ask to take it for a test drive, because he offered. I was sold, he found the color I wanted, in nearby Annapolis. Not having a cell phone, Mark and I called and told my husband that we could write it up. The next day we both went to see Mark and he had a great idea how we could afford this car that I now Loved! We are leasing it. That's were Dale comes in. He had some trouble with the computer(but who doesn't at times) and yet knew what things he had to offer us. Leasing is different. Dale said we could change our minds about the care insurance if it was within 3 days. Sure enough we called back to add the EPP. I did ask some personal family questions which he beamingly answered about his oldest daughter and the photo in his office. I'm so glad he didn't mind. After all He knew alot about us. I can't end this with out mentioning the Service Dept. Over the year I took my husband's car in for an oil change, the service personal were great. I know what good service I have to look forward to. Because safety, performance and reliability are so crucial to my business (and I place my clients safety above anything), I did extensive research (car and driver, USAA, Consumer Digest and a couple other car buyer websites) and found that the 2012 Nissan Altima sedan was rated number one overall. This surprised me as I wasn't thinking of a Nissan. After all I read, I thought it was worth a test drive. I then did my due dilligence and found that Sheehy Nissan of Manassas had a 94% approval rating for overall customer satisfaction and a 97% approval rating for their maintenance department. Needless to say, I went there. There was no other Virgnia dealership that came close to those statistics (Washington Consumer Checkbook Magazine). I called to set up an appointment, asked to speak to a female sales rep and was put in touch with Donna Lockhart. I've bought 12 cars in my life and I've never had a sales rep better! She went above and beyond as far as I'm concerned and she KNEW her stuff. She answered every question I had (and I had a lot of them!), she took me on a tour of the facility, introduced me to the service managers, the dealership manager and even Dewayu Citarasmi in the credit department was delightful and thorough. I request simply that before you buy you check them out. I love the car, it handles great, the V6 has a lot of power and comfort and I appreciate having a dealership like Sheehy. As for sales reps, ask for Donna!!! You'll love her! This is why I rate them a 10 out of 10. More
