Went from great to not so Second car from this dealership. Salesman, Mati, was awesome. Quick and easy and.... Then met with the person who sells the extended warrenties. Listened to the spiel even though i had made it clear i would not be purchasing a warrenty. Said "no, thank you". Listened to second spiel, more pressure. Again "no thank you". Third attempt, more pressure, much less friendly this time. Salesperson said my reasoning behind not purchasing the warrenty-Money "didnt make sense". Fourth!! attempt. again a polite "no thanks" on my part. Salesperson was completely unfriendly at this point said "well, i guess you dont want to save money" wrote declined in huge letters across the warrenty offer and made me sign a document that she said left the car "completely my responsibility" (dont i have a new car manufacturers warrenty and car insurance??) . I was extremely uncomfortable during the whole process and embarassed when after not purchasing the warrenty i was basically rushed through the rest of the signing process by someone who made it clear they were done with me as a customer. Bought a lot of cars, never had this kind of pressure or this reaction during the process. Good dealer, great salesman...but the warrenty salesperson needs to work on customer skills. More

Pleasantly surprised I went here to look at a used Mazda they had and was welcomed by Sami. He was polite and no pushy at all. Service experience I was a bit apprehensive after my downright disgraceful experience with my vehicles very 1st oil change I had done at the Fredericksburg Sheehy. I got over it and drove an hour to go to the Manassas location for my 2nd, and they were phenomenal! Brad was whom took care of me on his end and eased my concerns and followed through with a great experience as I had when I purchased my vehicle here. I wouldn't recommend the Sheehy of Fredericksburg for any service needs but Manassas location is AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR GREAT SERVICE FROM BUYING TO MAINTENCE! More
