Second Time and Still Exceptional Service. Jerome Hodges sold us our Frontier back in 2013 so when it was time for a new vehicle we could think of going no where else. Car buying experience Greetings Sir Harrison, Thank you for my beautiful 2013 Nissan Maxima, special note to Michelle Lenart at the service department and Andrew Francis Greetings Sir Harrison, Thank you for my beautiful 2013 Nissan Maxima, special note to Michelle Lenart at the service department and Andrew Francis internet sales and not forgetting my sales consultant Hernan Fortin. I can describe my experience as being educational and eye opening. I had been thinking of upgrading my ride for a while and just couldn't find the time to do it. I remember Hernan reaching out to me a couple times setting up appointments that I wasn't able to attend through no fault of his but he was tenacious. Anyway, I finally made it to the dealership and he immediately proceeded to show me a couple cars that I was interested in. One particular Maxima caught my eye and he told me to not worry about it he will get me a deal I would be happy with. He introduced me to Kevin Gilbert a very jovial and energetic guy with a highly infectious smile who immediately generated a deal that was acceptable albeit slightly out of my comfort zone. We signed the papers and I finally had my dream car. I took it home and on the way noticed that it wasn't driving right. My wife has a Maxima and the difference was profound. I brought it back the next day and Andrew decided to help me solve some of the problems like the A pillars that looked like someone had cut chunks out of, passenger side mirror wasn't working right and the driver side mirror had condensation in the turning signal with one led light cutting on and off, the brakes were warped and the tires cupping which made car wobble and produce an annoying high pitch at highway speeds. It was my fault that I didn't test drive the car before buying it but the sales team stood by their word and addressed all the concerns I raised. It wasn't a walk in the park but I explained to the sales team that the expectation of buying a used car that was certified isn't so you can start putting money towards fixing items that were guaranteed to be without defect. In particular, Shawn the service manager made it almost unbearable in getting my issues addressed, he wouldn't listen to my concerns without making sarcastic comments that I bought a used car what did I expect, or that my driving is what caused the brakes to warp and was so offhanded as to suggest that a little cupping in the tires was acceptable. How the car passed inspection in the state it was is just beyond me. It felt like Shawn cutting costs and promising a finished product that was very rough around the edges and passing it on to the customer to finish the work. Service did the inspection and it passed his scrutiny as being acceptable, seriously!!!!!!! Michelle Lenart is note mentioning as she was very patient with me and LISTENED to my concerns, which went a long way, a very long way in calming a rapidly deteriorating situation. She and Mike Esprella worked to make sure my issues were addressed in a timely fashion. Shawn can learn a lot from his team especially Michelle in terms of customer service, he may have been in the game the longest but he comes across as being money hungry. If you not making him money you wasting his precious time. As a paying customer, my time is worth just as much. Again I cannot say this enough, Michelle and Andrew have impressive customer relation skills and deliver on their promises, keep up the good work. Thanks to everyone who took their time to make me a part of the Sheehy family. As to Shawn, if I don't ever have to deal with you, it will suit me just fine. More

It was a Saturday, service dept. booked but that didn't stop them from checking it out. Transmission shot, I asked if I could look into a trade in. Steven was on it in a flash. Found me vehicle within my budget. Steven helped me move a car load of items from one car to the new one. The entire team was awesome.
