Jerome went the extra 10 miles for us, taking care of intricate details to assist us with our unique requests involving the transport of the car to another state. Although the transporter changed day and time of pick-up on 4 different occasions, Jerome worked tirelessly and patiently with us. We texted and called him on numerous occasions asking questions and working out details. To accommodate the transporter's request, Jerome went in to work when the dealership was closed on Sunday night at 10:30 p.m. to meet the Transporter/driver. Eric Saunders and Abu Savage are fantastic! I've bought quite a few cars in the past, and have never had such an easy experience as I did at Sheehy Nissan Glen Burnie. First of all, the showroom I've bought quite a few cars in the past, and have never had such an easy experience as I did at Sheehy Nissan Glen Burnie. First of all, the showroom is immaculate. Second, their inventory is quite extensive. They had the exact car that I was looking for. I wasn't actually in the market for a new car, but after I saw the 2016 Nissan Rogue, I was hooked. Next, was seeing if we could get the car for my budget. Let me just say, car salesmen definitely have a stigma and that is somewhat a turnoff. It's all about getting you into the car at whatever it takes. This was not such the case. We worked with Eric Saunders, and he was absolutely wonderful. He listened to what we wanted, gave us options, and was upfront and honest with us from the get go. We were not the easiest case, as we were purchasing two vehicles at the same time and we had a very narrow window for budget. We knew it was going to be difficult to get us to our price point. We had actually given up on getting new vehicles after being in there for a little bit. We were convinced that they would not be able to get the price down to where we were comfortable. However, Eric gave us a call a couple of days later and said they think they were able to get the numbers to where we wanted. So, we came back into the dealership. Abu Savage, the finance guru, was able to work magic. Like I said, we had given up. Low and behold, they were able to get us to where we wanted. Eric's communication with us, his patience, and persistence paid off in the end. And when I say persistence, it wasn't him calling and badgering us. It was him checking with Abu to see if he was able to get the numbers where we needed them to be. Between Eric Saunders and Abu Savage, we got the vehicles that we wanted, at the price we were comfortable with. All in all, Sheehy was a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. As stated before, we actually drove away with two vehicles. About a month and a half later, we brought our neighbors in to see Eric, and they too, drove off in a brand new Rogue. So, as you can see, we had a very pleasurable experience. Eric and Abu were wonderful. We've been back to the dealership a few times since for various reasons, and every time we walk in, the whole staff there is a pleasure to work with. More

New Fan of Sheehy Nissan I was originally extremely apprehensive about car shopping due to having poor experiences in the past and always feeling pressured into things I did n I was originally extremely apprehensive about car shopping due to having poor experiences in the past and always feeling pressured into things I did not want. I was planning on just "shopping" and was planning on going to another dealership to check out different vehicles. However, my outlook quickly changed once I came to Sheehy Nissan and Nick Baradel introduced himself. Nick did a superb job at identifying what my priorities were and even offered additional solutions (Used vs. New). He was extremely friendly, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and at no time made me feel pressured. He made negotiations easy, had no problem working numbers with me, and remained transparent the entire time (I never felt like he was trying to hide anything). Once I selected my vehicle, Nick was on his way to bring it to the dealership for me, while I worked with Finance. The Finance Director, Kevin Gilbert, was extremely informative, helpful, friendly, and at no time did I feel like he was trying to upsell anything. The entire finance process was smooth, quick, and easy and those words are not typically used when referring to that process. Even the person I had with me said "I will consider Nissan for my next car purchase definitely. I thought your experience was better than mine, and this is coming from someone that bought two cars in the last two years from the same dealership." I honestly cannot say enough good things about Sheehy Nissan and my experience with their employees. This has been the best car purchasing experience of my life and just an enjoyable experience in general. Worst experience . My rogue car is 2 years and 2 months old with 25K miles. From last one year has a cranking sound coming from the engine. Every time I visit the serv . Every time I visit the service center, they just replace oil and does not take seriously about this cranking noise issue. On Jan 16, 2017 I visited, and explained the same problem, I went for ride and service manager (Mike Esprello) also noticed this loud cranking noise. Instead of fixing faulty transmission system they just replaced the engine oil and billed me 136$ for diagnostics and repair (I strongly think this is against the warranty clause, my car is still under warranty). When I asked some one from sales dept. about the bill (as others left the service center by 7:30 PM), he offered me to trade in my car. Totally unacceptable experience from NIssan Sheehy Glen bernie. More
