Ellie is the best! I met Ellie l last fall during a routine service. I was drawing for my class and she stopped to compliment my work. When she told me she was a Sales I met Ellie l last fall during a routine service. I was drawing for my class and she stopped to compliment my work. When she told me she was a Salesperson, I told her I would be back to trade in my car to get 2 cars. Ellie touched base with me occasionaly to see if I was ready. We met once, but the time want right. At my last service visit, Ellie was there and we went test driving while my car was being serviced. She found me 2 great cars, was able to make the deal within my terms and I drove home with my new cars. Elite has checked on me a couple times to make sure I am still happy.
