WOW is an understatement!! What an awesome experience buying a used car! I was greeted as soon as I stepped on the sidewalk by a very friendly gentleman. However, I had an appointment previously scheduled with Nick to look at a used Rav4 Ltd. I had a couple phone calls previously with Nick prior to getting to the dealership. I had a 2 hour drive one way and didn't want to waste my time. I pretty much walked in and the turned around to find the Rav4 Ltd waiting for me to test drive. After getting back from the test drive (which didn't take to long for me to decide this WAS the vehicle for me), Nick had the papers waiting for me to review. I transferred all of my belongings from my old car. David then came for me to sign the papers. He was soooo nice and friendly (clean and smelling good in his office!) This was absolutely the best dealership purchase experience that I have ever had. I will definitely recommend this dealership to everyone in need of a vehicle. Thanks More

I didn't feel pressured or hi jinxed and Rick gave me my space, answered all of my questions and worked to get a deal that made me happy. I left loving my car and feeling good about the sales experience. I would definitely recommend Rick to anyone looking for a new Lexus! More
