He answered all of our questions and provided us with information that assisted us in making the best buying decision for us. At no time did we ever feel pressured either way. After the purchase of our new suv, he gave an excellent demonstration of the features of the vehicle and gave us the hands-on opportunity to show that we understood and could use the features. He also encouraged us to call him anytime in the future if we had questions. Options for extended warranty, protective paint coating, etc. were well explained by David but we were not pressured to purchase any of them. There is a 4 month wait on the NX if you special order, and they found the perfect one for me without having to wait ! Mike Quigley and Rick Fox were awesome to work with.
