The overall dealer support to him seemed very good and that makes a HUGE difference in the delivery process....clean up , finance etc. I was also glad to hear that Mr. Whitlow actually cared about his employees! (I asked Robert ). Wow...This makes a big difference in the overall attitude of the dealership and also makes your atmosphere more pleasant than usual for the customers. Unfortunately many dealer principals could really care less about their employees well being in today's REAL world and many customers DO feel that . Not the case at Lexus of Richmond. Great job.
