Loved my experience here. Most everyone was friendly and very accommodating, especially Mrs. Childs. Mrs. Childs never wrote me off for being 22 and was incredible to work with. I did feel as if some of the very accommodating, especially Mrs. Childs. Mrs. Childs never wrote me off for being 22 and was incredible to work with. I did feel as if some of the other staff was somewhat snooty but thats expected at any high end car dealership. The finance department worked wonders in coming down as low as possible on the price. I def. love this place and will return. More
MY 1999 LX has almost 250,000 miles and runs like new. I attribute that to the great service provided by Robert Jennell. Only through his personal concern for my vehicle running properly does it continue t attribute that to the great service provided by Robert Jennell. Only through his personal concern for my vehicle running properly does it continue to perform. I rely on him to advise me on the things i really need done and then let him arrange the service. With the high number of miles on the LX there isn't any warranty. I keep taking it to Lexus of Richmond due to the concern of my service advisor. He is a credit to their dealership and keeps me coming back. More

I always look forward to my visits to Lexus of Richmond. Although it's a 30 minute drive from my house my experience is always great. Many employees know me by name and they always ask about my daughter. Although it's a 30 minute drive from my house my experience is always great. Many employees know me by name and they always ask about my daughter. I love the Starbucks coffee, soft drink and bottled water that is offered as well as the pastries. When my daughter was younger and we visited the dealership for wait-for services the Diane in service showed us a cabinet that had story books, coloring books and crayons and toys. I love that iPads are offered for wait-for services. Lee is a wonderful person who I very much look forward to seeing each time. He's knowledgeable, personable and always friendly. I feel confident that the repairs suggested to me are necessary. More
I own both a LS460 and an RX-400h. I purchased these cars from Richmond Lexus and have had all of the service performed at this dealership. They are wonderful. I live in Fredericksburg, 55 miles north of Ri from Richmond Lexus and have had all of the service performed at this dealership. They are wonderful. I live in Fredericksburg, 55 miles north of Richmond and would not go to any other dealer. I have owned Mercedes and Land Rover and neither compare to the Lexus and neither of the previous dealerships treated me the way that Lexus does. I have been in the market for a new car. On Saturday, May 24 2011 I attempted to purchase a car from Lexus of Richmond. I called and spoke to Alen Stewart and told him I would like to spend about $485.00 a m 24 2011 I attempted to purchase a car from Lexus of Richmond. I called and spoke to Alen Stewart and told him I would like to spend about $485.00 a month for a black lexus e350 2007 edition that they have on their website. He told me that he could make it happen and to just come on down. I asked him before I left was he sure because I live in VA Beach and that would be 118 mile drive. He reassured me. Once I arrive I see that the car was in really bad shape. Mr. Stewart nonchalantly replies, "What do you expect it is a used car." I asked to speak to the manager and he tells me that the car had not yet even been through the body shop. Then, when we get passed that and start to crunch numbers, Mr. Stewart tells me that the best he could do would be $561.00 a month. He had me drive all that way and had flat out lied to me. First, about the condition of the car and now the price. I was heated. I asked to speak to the district manager and this is when the manager, Sean Gusti, came and offered me the payment of $485 and that car would be ready in a week. I have this in writing. When I return from sea duty on Friday September 30 he assures me that the car will be ready at 6:00 p.m. and also sends me another worksheet with the price agreement. I say wonderful and that I will be there first thing in the morning to sign on the dotted line, because its getting dark and I would like to see the car in the light. At 8:30 p.m. he has his secretary, Linda Jurey, call me and tell me that car had been sold even though we had an agreement. I was shocked and hurt. What makes the story even more worse is that I had an anonymous person call the dealership the next morning and a salesperson told them that this 2007 black es350 is still on the lot!!! Lexus of Richmond dealership has no integrity and I would recommend that every person stays away from there!!! More
Went in for a rattling noise, they fixed the noise but the very next day the service engine soon light came on. Went back the next day they tell me the catalytic converter and a sensor had gone bad. They had to figure out who was going foot the bill, even though i had purchased an extended warranty. After going back and forth with the service advisor, leaving messages and no return calls, it was finally decided that the dealership would pick up up the cost. Customer service here is nonexistant. If I had not purchased the warranty at this dealership I would have been more than happy to take my money somewhere else! More
The Pre-owned Sales Manager, Shawn Gusti, was just great! Shawn was very professional and was willing to work with me on making this deal happen. I had been working with about 9 other Lexus dealers from NJ to DE to MD to VA. I got various numbers and excuses about giving me what the “auction” value of my RX would be. Shawn Gusti, at Richmond, gave me what I was looking for on my trade-in. My sales experience at Lexus of Richmond was great! Without a doubt, it was one of the best car buying experiences in my 30 years of car ownership. I live about 2.5 hours away from Richmond and it has been well worth the time and efforts. I would encourage those who live in the VA/MD area to give Lexus of Richmond a shot. More
