Since I purchased my 2006 IS250 in March of 2006 from Robert Norton, I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. I was Robert's first sale, being he had just started that week. Roger Johnson has been my service advisor since the beginning and the quality of service has been GREAT. He always lets me know what is going on and how long it is going to take. And if Roger isn't there the other TEAM members have followed his lead with outstanding service. My hat is off to LEXUS of Richmond for their attention to detail and customer service. More

I brought my 2006 Lexus GX470 to Lexus of Richmond after a tree limb fell on my car during a storm. The service dept performed the 5k mile service which was due and then transferred the car to collision fo a tree limb fell on my car during a storm. They replaced the front hood and grill as well as painting the front doors and portions of the front side panels. I was worried that with a new hood and only about 1/3 of the car being painted that they wouldn't be able to exactly match the existing color. When I went to pick up my car, not only could I not tell, but I was amazed at the overall appearance. They had buffed and blended the entire vehicle so that the exterior finish appeard brand new. As I left the dealership, I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. Thanks to Randy Soles, Ashlie Hargitt and your entire crew for a job well done. I love my "new" car!! On a recent service visit my service advisor, Lee Welch, went "above & beyond" by personally touching up a bunch of paint chips on the hood of my car that I mentioned had been bothering me. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lee for several years now and he has helped me with some other issues too along the way. He is very professional & polite, so I always make it a point to ask for him and will continue to do so in the future.
