He always writes the request on the ticket and sometimes even calls down to the service area to confirm that it is carried through. I brought my 2006 Lexus GX470 to Lexus of Richmond after a tree limb fell on my car during a storm. The service dept performed the 5k mile service which was due and then transferred the car to collision fo a tree limb fell on my car during a storm. They replaced the front hood and grill as well as painting the front doors and portions of the front side panels. I was worried that with a new hood and only about 1/3 of the car being painted that they wouldn't be able to exactly match the existing color. When I went to pick up my car, not only could I not tell, but I was amazed at the overall appearance. They had buffed and blended the entire vehicle so that the exterior finish appeard brand new. As I left the dealership, I felt like I was driving a new car off the lot. Thanks to Randy Soles, Ashlie Hargitt and your entire crew for a job well done. I love my "new" car!! On a recent service visit my service advisor, Lee Welch, went "above & beyond" by personally touching up a bunch of paint chips on the hood of my car that I mentioned had been bothering me. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lee for several years now and he has helped me with some other issues too along the way.
