On a recent service visit my service advisor, Lee Welch, went "above & beyond" by personally touching up a bunch of paint chips on the hood of my car that I mentioned had been bothering me. He offered to do this on his own, free of charge, and I appreciated it so very much! It looks so much better now too! I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lee for several years now and he has helped me with some other issues too along the way. He is very professional & polite, so I always make it a point to ask for him and will continue to do so in the future.
