I've had my Lexus ES350 since December 2010. I live in Richmond and drive to Delaware. It has been an awesome commuting car. I interact with the Service folks every 6-8 weeks as I put about 35,000 miles o Richmond and drive to Delaware. It has been an awesome commuting car. I interact with the Service folks every 6-8 weeks as I put about 35,000 miles on my car per year. They've always been very courteous. My car is almost always finished within an hour including my car wash. The waiting room is very comfortable with coffee and other drinks and snacks. Lexus of Richmond is a great place to buy a car and a great place for service. More
We currently have two Lexuses that we have serviced at Lexus of Richmond, where Robert Jennell takes good care of us. Always courteous and accommodating, Rob is the ideal customer Service Advisor. Since we live 50 miles from the dealership, he always goes the extra mile for us, providing loaners when we need one or sound phone advice when I have technical questions. The Richmond dealership is attractive and well maintained, fully staffed with attentive folks who avoid overselling or pushing dubious or unnecessary services. Their mechanics and service staff are willing to explain problems, suggest solutions and do their work on time and on cost. Other than slightly higher than average labor rates, I think Lexus of Richmond is an excellent dealership - I only wish they would open a branch here in Fredericksburg. More

We own both a 2005 LS430 and a 2005 RX330. We bought them both when we lived elsewhere but have had all service done at Lexus of Richmond since we moved here 6 years ago. Can't say enough good things about Stewart in the service department. Best service writer ever! All work always done as promised. Good waiting area when we choose to wait. Price isn't cheap but it's comparable with work we had done at previous dealerships. More
My experience at Lexus of Richmond has been "outstanding" since I purchased my ES in 2005. I really appreciate his proactive approach in taking care of my vehicle (ie: he lets me know about the next/upcoming service intervals and what's involved when I'm in for service). He is also genuinely concerned about me and my family and always asks about them by name whether we're on the phone or in person. I'm in the financial services industry and I'm accustomed to going the extra mile for my clients, so I recognize and appreciate when someone does the same for me. Robert "gets it" and is definitely an asset to Lexus of Richmond. And by the way, when I considered purchasing a pre-owned Lexus a several months ago, I called Robert (first!) to find out what he thought about the purchase. Since I purchased my 2006 IS250 in March of 2006 from Robert Norton, I have had nothing short of a wonderful experience. I was Robert's first sale, being he had just started that week. Roger Johnson has been my service advisor since the beginning and the quality of service has been GREAT. He always lets me know what is going on and how long it is going to take. And if Roger isn't there the other TEAM members have followed his lead with outstanding service. My hat is off to LEXUS of Richmond for their attention to detail and customer service. More

Robert Jennell and the entire Lexus Richmond team are great to work with. I don't believe that they are the cheapest, but they provide great value for their services. The quality of work is unquestioned and the courteous, can-do attitude lets you know that they appreciate your patronage. Even on short notice there's always an opening in the schedule and never a problem with a loaner car. Took my '08 LS 460 in for 110,000 mile routine service and the car runs like it's nowhere near its half life! More
