I've had my Lexus ES350 since December 2010. I live in Richmond and drive to Delaware. It has been an awesome commuting car. My car is almost always finished within an hour including my car wash. The waiting room is very comfortable with coffee and other drinks and snacks. The Richmond dealership is attractive and well maintained, fully staffed with attentive folks who avoid overselling or pushing dubious or unnecessary services. Their mechanics and service staff are willing to explain problems, suggest solutions and do their work on time and on cost. Other than slightly higher than average labor rates, I think Lexus of Richmond is an excellent dealership - I only wish they would open a branch here in Fredericksburg. More
