My experience with Lexus of Richmond is always great. I love the ability to use their online site to schedule my maintenance appointments. I have worked with Lee for several years now and I always leave the dealership knowing he has taken good care of my me and my car. He is trust worthy and very considerate of my wallet! I know prices are what they are, but I always feel as if they are doing all that they can to keep the prices to a minimum. I thnk that says a lot for this dealership. I have also been communicating with Sandra Brown who has been very helpful and friendly as well. More

He listens well and is impathic to my service needs. I purchase my cars at this dealership due to the service department. I've had my Lexus ES350 since December 2010. I live in Richmond and drive to Delaware. It has been an awesome commuting car. I interact with the Service folks every 6-8 weeks as I put about 35,000 miles o Richmond and drive to Delaware. It has been an awesome commuting car. I interact with the Service folks every 6-8 weeks as I put about 35,000 miles on my car per year. They've always been very courteous. My car is almost always finished within an hour including my car wash. The waiting room is very comfortable with coffee and other drinks and snacks. Lexus of Richmond is a great place to buy a car and a great place for service. More
