Each service visit over a 5 year period has been exceptional. Recently, a problem in opening the trunk on my LS460 came up on a Friday evening. I have dealt with many dealerships auto shops and have never received the outstanding service and customer service with any other dealership. Lee Welch is definitely an Elite service advisor for Lexus of never received the outstanding service and customer service with any other dealership. Lee Welch is definitely an Elite service advisor for Lexus of Richmond. I live 30 miles from this dealership and by pass several auto service shops to get my vehicle serviced at this location. I believe he needs to be recognized for making sure the customer is satisfied. He is very detailed and explains all services that need to be completed with reason. He takes the fear and mistrust out of the equation that many customers have when it comes to auto service. I previously owned a Mercedes and in comparison had the worst overall experience on multiple occassions with this dealership and I even knew the auto service manager personally!!! Please make sure he is recognized for going over and beyond to ensure the right thing is done and overall happiness of the customer. More
