This is our second experience with this dealership. Both times were poor. The first time sales person was arrogant and unhelpful and probably resentful of a young couple trying to buy an expensive car. The times were poor. The second time the sales person told us no deals could be made on the LX570 and they also dismissed the trade in value of our ML350 Mercedes. We wound up going to Northern Va to by the LX570. Got a good deal and were treated respectfully. Richmond Lexus should keep in mind that Northern VA is not too far away! We intend to get our car serviced there as well. More
