Stewart Broyles "walks the talk" on "passion for perfection". I was in for 10K service and mentioned a rattle. I said it was no big deal but he insisted it was to him. Even though we did not find a problem and it has subsided, he insisted I leave the car overnight to be checked in the morning. I said I would just return in the a.m. but he again insisted I get a loaner vehicle. Bottom line...my experience with other dealer services is "if you're happy, we're happy". Stewart took it a step further and his actions implied that even though I was O.K. we both needed to be fully satisfied and he wasn't until he did due diligence to find and solve the problem. I was very impressed as I continue to be with your service department and the attitude the folks have that work in the department. Folks like Stewart had me sharing this story with my close friends. I hope this personal encounter gives a well deserved Stewart a pat on the back for a job well done. More
