Although my experiences have for the most part been excellent, I would like to share with you one area that in my opinion could be improved upon. The last three service visits when I go to get into my car, I find dirt mud or whatever around the step in on the door frame as you step into the car, also the steering wheel is not clean, the seat has been moved and not put back into position, and although I know the car wash is complimentary, I have not been pleased with the results. It definitely looks like a "hit and miss" job. More
