I brought my Lexus in for its regular oil service. After diagnostics were performed, I was informed of additional work that was needed. I ok'd the work. Even though my visit last longer than expected (app diagnostics were performed, I was informed of additional work that was needed. I ok'd the work. Even though my visit last longer than expected (approx. 3 hrs.) I'm happy that everything was checked out and service was performed as needed. I was kept informed during the entire process and the service waiting area makes the wait pleasurable. Thanks Lexus of Richmond!!! More

We visited the dealership to get our 2009 RX-350 serviced which was completed in less than an hour. Thanks to Dale Farley for his usual outstanding service that we have really appreciated. While we were waiting, we ran into Jerry Marple (we had already bought two RXs in the last 11 years from Jerry) and challenged him to upgrade us into a low mileage, newer RX. Jerry came through for us again with several options and we drove away the next day in a 2013 RX-350 with 12,000 miles. Outstanding performance Jerry!! As a 25-year old man, I didn't think I'd be treated too well, but was I ever surprised. Upon entering, the valet guided me to the waiting room. They have a Starbucks coffee machine with both decaffeinated and regular and a mix option. A full range of coffee accouterments were available for self serve. Three large tvs were available with some sort of home improvement show on. Large sofas and tables for things were in the lounge as well. Service wise, I'd cone for my wiper and trunk warranty work, and they gave me a 50$ WaWa gift card for coming myself. Driving from Southwest Virginia, it easily covered my gas expenses. Patrick was extremely friendly and eager to assist with pretty much everything. Someone give that guy a raise! One bad thing: they left the contact covers off of the battery. But that's it. More
