From the folks who meet me at my vehicle to my service writer, Robert Jennell, it is a pleasurable experience that I have even shared with my friends. They say the Wegman's grocery chain is noted for superior customer service. Well, they should take a page from my 'home' dealer. Several of my friends now drive Lexus models and I like to think that my input and recommendation about the vehicle and Lexus of Richmond has had something to do with their decision to purchase a Lexus product. RustyMiller, the salesman for my 2015 RX purchase, is as knowledgeable and personable as anyone in the car business I have met....and this last vehicle is the 59th car/truck I have owned since 1962. Buying a new/used RX350 2014 Lexus Never having owned a SUV, I was nervous about choosing the right one and getting the best value. My mother is 88 and my husband had a stroke. Once we had the list of all the RX350''s that were available, we started nailing down what we needed in this purchase. The salesperson who had been recommended to us by friends who had recently purchased a Rx350, was wonderful. Calm and very knowledgable about the pro and cons of each car. We ended up with. 2014 with low mileage and bought an extra 3 year warranty. The car is much smarter than we are and looking forward to one day, being smarter than the car. Newton Rector is an excellent representative of any Lexus product and will be one sales person that I would highly recommend. More
