Carla Spadaro, the Sales Consultant we worked with provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision, and even helped us get a good price for our trade-in. Great Experience! I was very pleased with my experience at Lexus of Richmond. My sales consultant, Newton Rector, was friendly and knowledgeable, and he listened closely as I described what I was looking for. There were no high-pressure sales tactics, and I felt like I could take as much time as I needed to make a decision. Once my decision was made, Newton handled the paperwork and logistics very well. Lenore Parker, the F&I Manager, was also a pleasure to work with. Finalizing the documentation and financing at most dealerships can be very frustrating because the dealer will often use high-pressure tactics to sell add-ons like extended warranties. Lenore was not like that at all. She walked us through the options, but there was never any pressure to purchase. She simply explained the pros and cons of the various plans, but let us make the decisions. Once we took delivery of the car, Lola, one of the Lexus Technology Specialists, quickly walked us through many of the features, and synced our phones with the bluetooth system. Unfortunately, we had an appointment, so Lola couldn't go into as much detail as she wanted, but that's not a criticism of her. We felt she would have gladly gone into much more detail if we had the time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lexus of Richmond to anyone. More

After inquiring about a vehicle online, Sandra was prudent but not overbearing in scheduling me to come in and look at a car. When I arrived at the dealership Rick and the other staff were very fair to deal with and very un-intimidating. Maurice was a pleasure to do business with as he obviously knows his job very well and made the process quick and simple. Lola did a great job showing me all of the fantastic features of the car I purchased. Overall, the process at Lexus of Richmond was very straight forward and simple. They were very fair in pricing for both the vehicle I purchased as well as my trade and I will certainly recommend Lexus of Richmond to all of my family and friends. More

Jerry Marple was my salesman for my purchase on 6/12/14, and, for all intents and purposes, This is my second RX 350 purchased from Lexus of Richmond. Jerry Marple was my salesman for my purchase on 6/12/14, and, for all intents and purposes, he took care of me for my first RX purchase in 2007 since my initial salesman was too busy! Jerry is one of the most knowledgeable salesman in my opinion -- he knows the RX inside and out as it should be when providing the pertinent information to customers that they really need to know and understand! I love all things about dealing with Lexus of Richmond -- from the sales to service to overall rich environment, Lexus outshines other dealers and offers the consumer's best automobile as noted in major car reporting journals. One other department rates an excellent review and that is Finance. Maurice Hence fully explained each and every detail and offered reflections of service on my past vehicle to aid in my decisions for purchasing additional warranties and packages on my new RX. He took the time and fully explained each part of the dealer financing process. I drove away from Lexus in my new RX with the feeling of a partnership extended with complete trust for at least another five or six years when it may be time to upgrade. Kudos to Patrick Rose in Service and also to Stewart Broyles (now retired). More

Barry and Lenore were very helful in answering all of my many questions and I appreciate their professionalism during the whole buying process. Both of them went beyond the call of duty by staying till after 9:00pm on 5/30/14 to complete the purchase and answer all of my questions and concerns. Lenore's depth of knowledge about every facet of the financing and warranty options were very helpful in easing my concerns of buying a non-certified pre-owned vehicle. My wife owns a RX300 and we have had very good service experiences which also contributed to my confidence in your people and dealership. I have owned American made cars all my life and I had many options to buy other luxury vehicles. With my track record of keeping vehicles a long time, I feel Lexus will provide the best reliability and quality I am looking for for the long run. More
