This dealership is not the same as it was before the sale. I have had several bad experiences with them. I called to ask some questions about the heating and cooling system in my 2010 Lexus hybrid. Craig in the service department was rude and eventually hung up on me. This is the third Lexus I have had and the first one was purchased here. I called back to speak with the service manager and he was extremely condescending to me. I left several messages for the GM and my calls were never returned. I will never step foot in there again! This dealership has gone downhill since Sheehy bought them. My family has bought 4 cars from them. My Lexus rx350 had a leak in the back of my car and the service department said it will cost $1000 for them to investigate the leak and there were not guarantees of finding and fixing the problem. Took it to my mechanic and he fixed it for free. Need new front break pads and Lexus quote was almost $600. My mechanic will fix them for half the cost. I also had a crack in my dashboard and called Lexus service dept. They said it will cost $350 and when i took my car in, I received a call saying it will cost over $1,000. Finally, when I recently had my car inspected there and went to pick it up, I was handed my key and told to just go out there and get my car. The service is horrible and customer service is nonexistent. As I stated earlier, we will never buy a car from Sheehy Lexus or and Sheehy dealership. Sad to see what was a customer centric dealership that would do anything for the customer has now become a dealership that only cares about the bottom-line dollar and doesn't care about the customer as all. I tried to buy a vehicle on line through their Minogram programand because I live out of state, they would not sell a hybrid vehicle to me. This isn’t advertised anywhere on their website. They turn cust programand because I live out of state, they would not sell a hybrid vehicle to me. This isn’t advertised anywhere on their website. They turn customers away because they don’t live in Virginia. When I asked to speak to someone in management such as the GM about this policy, Elyanna just passed me off to another salesperson. I have bought multiple vehicles from Sheehy dealerships…..NEVER AGAIN. Sheehy lost a long time repeat customer because of this dealership’s policy about not selling hybrids to out of state customers. Additionally, I emailed the General Manager asking for more explanation and heard nothing back… Horrible customer service!!!! More
