Poor Customer Service I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX50. The vehicle is supposedly certified, but I had to point out the fact that the passenger seat has a button missing so I purchased a 2019 Infiniti QX50. The vehicle is supposedly certified, but I had to point out the fact that the passenger seat has a button missing so I’m unable to lean the seat up or down. Also, there was a small crack in the windshield that I noticed once I pulled off the dealership lot. The crack in the windshield has been repaired (Somewhat), but the passenger seat still hasn’t been repaired. It’s been about 20 days & I’m still waiting to hear from the parts department. Furthermore, I find it mind boggling that someone can pay over $50,000 for a vehicle & then not be compensated with a loaner vehicle until the corrections are made or different vehicle altogether. I haven’t even received a courtesy call from the salesman stating anything or any apologies for my inconvenience. More

Awesome Experience and No Pressure Went in seeing they have a lot of specials for the holidays. Called and talked with Simon to test drive a new QX50. Showed up the next day at our time Went in seeing they have a lot of specials for the holidays. Called and talked with Simon to test drive a new QX50. Showed up the next day at our time and he had the car ready to go. Took it for a test drive and talked me through the options and what made the car stand out from others. Talked with him and Moses about a deal and they worked with me over Thanksgiving to get the deal I felt comfortable with. No pressure and very friendly. I would for sure recommend Simon and Moses to friends and family! More

Very Pleasing Experience I reached out to a salesman at Sheehy Infinity of Tysons, Towney Townsend and he worked with me the whole time. He took the time and was able to find the vehicle that I was interested in. He took me for a test ride in a few different trim packages of the same make and model vehicle, so that I could make an informed decision on which vehicle would best suit me. I appreciated his patients and being there to willingly answer all the questions that I had. He walked me through the whole vehicle buying process and then some. The whole experience at Sheehy Infinity of Tysons was the way I would like the vehicle buying experience. Everyone was helpful, no pressure tactics, and at the end of the day I left with the vehicle that I wanted. More
