I had done a lot of research about this particular vehicle. I called the dealership to ask some questions. The sales rep was very patient with me answering all of my questions patiently. He took me for the test drive but intentionally took me to an area where I could really get the feel for driving a SUV, encouraging me to do turns and back up etc., to become comfortable. I did not have to do a lot of haggling about the price, the incentive they were offering was excellent. More
