I purchased a new 2009 G-37 Infiniti Coupe with the premium and navigation package yesterday. I heard positive feedback about Infiniti of Tyson's Corner from a poster on an internet car forum (Edmunds. premium and navigation package yesterday. I heard positive feedback about Infiniti of Tyson's Corner from a poster on an internet car forum (Edmunds.com) Since I live in Florida, and the dealership is in Virginia, the whole buying process was conducted via phone, Fax, and e-mail. To complicate matters further, the sales manager (Brian Addy) had to located a car, because he didn't have one on the lot with the options I wanted. When the requested vehicle was found in another state, the sales team arranged to have the G-37 transported to a Honda dealership about 100 miles from my home in Florida. All the paperwork was prepared and sent by overnight mail to Ft Myers Honda. I was promptly greeted there, and directed to the finance manager. He was pleased that Tysons Infiniti had sent all the correct forms with highlighted signature blocks. The whole process took only 15 minutes, and I was on the road with my new car. Kudos to the Honda guys too, and they did all of us a favor. Brian Addy and Lewis Blount kept me updated throughout the whole buying process with phone calls and e-mail messages. They both treated me in a very professional manner, which gave me piece of mind with this long distance buying experience. Last but not least, I feel I got a great deal on the car, and various Infiniti Dealers in South Florida wanted much more money for the same car I now have. Tysons also has a lower processing fee for new car sales than my local dealer here. That is a very big plus. I recommend Infiniti of Tysons Corner, and appreciate my salesmen going that extra mile for me. Thanks Big Time.....Walt More

He made sure car from Infiniti of Tyson’s Corner, make sure he gets your business. Kenny provided great customer service without all the pressure. He made sure we were getting the right car to fit our needs and a fair price to go with it. We looked at several cars and had several questions. Kenny never rushed us and went out of his way to make sure customer service was great. Also Hugo and Allen did a good job in assisting with the sale. They showed incredible patience and made sure everything went smoothly. I’m looking forward to doing business with Infiniti of Tyson’s Corner in the future. More
The car salesman was great. Thorough yet not overbearing. He described the car, provided a test ride and was knowlegeable on all of my questions. However, after the initial sale, the push for overbearing. He described the car, provided a test ride and was knowlegeable on all of my questions. However, after the initial sale, the push for extra services (e.g. maintenance package, tire and wheel guarantee, protection film) was somewhat intrusive and put a damper on the original car sales experience More

I had a very good experience overall. Negotiations on price and features was cordial and sensible, without drama or kabuki dancing between salesman and manager. Was my experience at Infiniti of Tysons corner the best? No, but overall, in comparison to past auto purchases, it was satisfactory. To begin with, if you plan on trading in your car and use the "Black Boo No, but overall, in comparison to past auto purchases, it was satisfactory. To begin with, if you plan on trading in your car and use the "Black Book" listed on their website, don't get too excited with the higher trade in value compared to Kelly Blue Book. This is how they get you to come down to their dealership. However, once you get down there, they totally low ball you. You are better off trading in your car at Carmax or do a sale by owner. The internet manager was very quick in responding to my inquiry that I sent via Edmunds.com. Once I got down there, I shook hands with the internet manager who then referred me to an available sales person. My sales person was Kenny Kang. Kenny is a good listener and identified the exact car I wanted based on my specifications. Test drive went well and Kenny completed all my paperwork. For the actual negotiations, I first dealt with the internet manager. Negotiations on my trade-in fell through and I asked for my car keys back. I waited for 30 minutes and then the sales manager, Basha, shows up and the negotiation starts all over again. Basha is a very nice and charismatic guy. Negotiations fail once again and again, I ask for my keys back. Almost an hour passes and he comes back with a price HIGHER than what I was asking for. Was he not listing to me? I was absolutely insulted and wanted to leave. After another hour of waiting, he comes back and we FINALLY come to an agreement. When we did the paperwork, they jipped me on my trade-in. Instead of including the actual pay-off amount, they put my estimate how much much I thought my pay-off was. They told me I had to cover the difference. That was "messed up". Allen Kim did a good job with my finance paperwork. My trade-in was paid off on time. The General Manager is not super friendly. He pretty much sits at his desk. The other sales folks are super friendly. Deliver was fine. I had questions about certain features, but I was a bit irritated that Kenny told me that I can figure out that feature when I go home. Not the response I was expecting after dishing out over $40K for the car. That was the only negative experience I had with Kenny. At the time, Infiniti of Tysons had the best sales price in the DC metro area. I was at the dealership for over 6 hours. Make sure you eat before you get there or bring snacks with you. They do provide free bottled water:-) More
