Regardless of the activity, I prefer dealing with professionals. My experience with Infiniti of Tysons met and exceeded that preference. Although I find the "new car buying experience" trying at best, my salesman, Louis, created a pleasant and positive situation. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and up-front. The other employees with whom I had contact were friendly and efficient. At the conclusion of my transaction, I left the dealership feeling that I received a fair deal and positive buying experience. I am a first time buyer. Infiniti of Tysons Corner was very thorough at explaining to me the process of buying a car and all of the important things to consider. I never once felt strong armed into buyin very thorough at explaining to me the process of buying a car and all of the important things to consider. I never once felt strong armed into buying when I wasn't ready. Everyone that I worked with was friendly, compassionate and supoortive. Terry Long (business/credit person) made the process so simple. He explained everything in detail and we out of his way to get me the best financing. He even gave my mom one of his private stock Diet Cokes when teh machine would not work. I honestly only planned on looking, but after talking with Kenny I was ready to buy. He took the time to understand me and my needs. I was really pampered. My mom was a secret shopper years ago and said this dealership was the best on in NOVA (out of all makers, not just infiniti dealers). She was right. I would be hard pressed to purchase a car anywhere else in the future. I felt like I was buying from family. More
Overall, we had a great experience with Tyson's Infiniti. We bought a 2010 FX35 and love it! Our experience started when we called to see if they had any EX35's in stock because the OTHER Infiniti dealer d We bought a 2010 FX35 and love it! Our experience started when we called to see if they had any EX35's in stock because the OTHER Infiniti dealer didn't have any. Bill had one prepped for a drive by the time we got there 20 minutes later. We test drove both the EX35 and FX 35 that day. Bill was very knowledgeable and friendly, but not overly push about describing features that everyone knows a car has ("By the way, all of our cars have headlights!") as some other salespeople were at other dealerships. He spent over an hour with us on test drives, and encouraged us to drive other vehicle manufacturers and compare, confident we would come back. He was right. During the week between test drive and the purchase, we visited several other dealers/manufacturers, and all of the other sales staff were pushy or had very little knowledge of the vehicle (with one exception, which I will rate separately). Several dealers called multiple times that week (one called multiple times a day) despite my clear statement that I would contact them when I was ready to deal. I don't like pushy, and Bill was exactly right for us. When we went back to Bill, he let us look at the inventory by ourselves (at our request), but was standing by to answer any questions we had. When it came to the deal, Bill and Brian were very honest and professional. We were able to quickly come to a deal that was very fair; my wife and I got an awesome price! There was an issue with our trade in (not their fault!), and even though they initially gave us a very fair price on the trade, they were extremely helpful with advice, and accommodating to adjustments in the trade-in plan. The overall transaction was smooth and professional, and we were extremely pleased with the deal on handshake. Terry helped us seal the financials, and he worked extremely hard to make sure we were taken care of. In the middle of the financials (while Bill was showing my wife all the features in the new car), I had a personal emergency, and they were very patient while I worked through it. Terry helped us find the right loan, get the right upgrades (we took the ResistAll, which I would say is a great deal!), and finish all the financial documents quickly. Throughout the whole process, Bill, Brian, and Terry were very friendly, very professional, offered great advice, and were extremely helpful; all without being pushy. They were genuinely concerned with earning our business through honesty and assistance. They stayed way past closing time (over an hour and a half both nights) to make sure we were thoroughly satisfied. I would recommend this team to anyone interested in a new car! More
We had a great buying experience last weekend at Infiniti of Tysons Corner. We worked with Kenny Kang, our sale consultant, and his colleages. They were very courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and not pushy. Most importantly they are honest and have the best deals around. This was the first Infiniti dealer we visited. On the very first visit, they laid out the numbers squarely. We had planned to shop around a bit, but scrapped that plan since we felt comfortable with them and did not feel shopping around would net us a better deal. After test-driving another car, we decided to go with the Infiniti. Despite an already good deal on the table, Kenny was still willing to work with us for a better deal. The finance department was also very professional and respectful. At no time that we felt we were being pressured. The whole experience was hassle-free and first-rate. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and particularly, Kenny, to our friends and family members. More

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. I was in the market for a new Infiniti and visited the new car showroom over last weekend. I dealt almost exclusively with the sales manager, Bashier. We focused on a for a new Infiniti and visited the new car showroom over last weekend. I dealt almost exclusively with the sales manager, Bashier. We focused on a particular car that they had in stock. We began negotiations but were unable to complete the transaction as I wanted to pay 13K (plus trade) and Bashier was at 17K. A couple of days later I called Bash and asked if the car was still available. He said it was. I asked if we could meet somewhere in the middle of the negotiated range. He wanted me to bring in my trade so the used car manager could see if they could offer more for my trade. I came in and gave the keys to the used car manager. At the same time I asked to see the car. I'm told now that the GM of the dealership has taken the car for a few days. I asked if the GM could bring the car back because I was ready to buy the car. When I asked how many miles the GM put on the car I was told probably over 100. At that point, I told Bash that the car was no longer a new car but was now a demo. I asked if he could contact the GM to find out if he could bring the car back and how many miles were on the car. Now it really gets interesting. I'm told that the GM has indicated that the car is no longer available. "It has been promised to another customer." It seems to me that it would be bizarre for someone to buy a car and then let the GM "borrow it" for a few days. What I think happened is that the GM told Bashier that he put several hundred miles on the car and Bash told him that I would demand a significant discount so they decided not to make the car available anymore. So now, the classic bait and switch begins. Turns out, Bashier found the exact same car but in a different color and with a $2200 option that I did not want. But wait, there's more good news, the used car manager advises that he can offer more for my trade in. So now, I'm thinking they'll find me another car that I wanted and I would pay something less than the $17K that the dealership had previously demanded. Boy, was I wrong, Bash now wants $22K not 17K. After reminding him of his previous offer and him not being able to explain how I lost $5K in tradein value even though his used car manager said the trade was worth more, I walked out. This is a morally bankrupt dealership. STAY AWAY. More
I recently purchased a new vehicle from Infiniti of Tyson Corner. Prior to visiting the dealership I was able to select the type of vehicle I was interested in purchasing.
