My lease on my infiniti was up in a few months so I decided to walk in and check out new cars while my car was getting an inspection. Kenny was extremely helpful in helping me determine the best car for me. He was honest, professional, and even provided follow up. I would highly recommend Kenny Kang in you are looking to get into an Infiniti. He gave a fair deal with good terms, and made the buying experience easy and pleasurable. I worked with Basher after the terms were negotiated and he provided a professional and thorough explanation of additional options. We signed the paperwork, he handed me my keys, and the car and service has been excellent. If you want a professional, no pressure and fair car buying experience, go here, ask for Kenny and Basher, and you will not be disappointed. Steve Adkins Leased New Infiniti on June 5th, 2010 More
I was very impressed by the patience and professionalism that was demonstrated to me during the process of purchasing a new car from Tyson's Corner Infiniti. From the initial introduction to the demo ride that was demonstrated to me during the process of purchasing a new car from Tyson's Corner Infiniti. From the initial introduction to the demo ride in the vehicle in which I was interested, to the financial arrangements, administrative processing, and final purchase, I am very pleased with the entire experience (not to mention that I love my new car!). Mr. Blount and Mr. White worked in harmony to make me feel at ease with what is often one of life's significant traumatic experiences. I increasingly looked forward to following through with my decision to purchase my car, without a hint of buyer's remorse on my part, and not a hint of pressure to purchase from my first entry into the showroom until signing the final papers. For those contemplating the purchase of a new vehicle, I highly recommend Infiniti at Tyson's Corner, VA. More
This was my first purchase of an Infiniti, and I identified through the internet that Infiniti of Tysons Corner had the best (largest) selections of 2011 M-37's with excellent interet pricing. I co identified through the internet that Infiniti of Tysons Corner had the best (largest) selections of 2011 M-37's with excellent interet pricing. I contacted Infiniti of Tysons Corner via email and arranged for a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, I was paired with sales representative Kenny Kang. Kenny took me for a test drive of the M-37. It was very clear that Kenny knew the technology of the vehicle. He is very enthusiastic and was able to demonstrate most of the features of the car while we were on the test drive. Reaching agreement on the price of the vehicle was very straight foward and did not involve any of th tactics you hear about when negotiating a car deal. We quickly reached agreement on a reasonable trade-in. Once the deal was set, I was turned over to Terry Long to handle the financials. Terry was able to clearly walk me through all the paperwork and other add-ons. I didn't feel any pressure to buy every extended warranty in the book. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Tysons Corner. More

I gave Infiniti of Tyson's Corner an overall rating of Great because from the moment I made the phone call to inquire about a vehicle I saw online, the customer service was excellent. Kenny Kang was great to work with. I came in with a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a car, and was not interested in being "sold". Kenny showed me options that met my general criteria, a pretty good idea of what I was looking for in a car, and was not interested in being "sold". Kenny showed me options that met my general criteria, and worked to make sure my needs were met. The negotiation was no nonsense, and we quickly arrived at the deal I was looking for. Kenny and the entire staff were also very patient and helpful with my 4 year old, who got pretty bored with the process after awhile. Kenny kept him entertained by allowing him to watch Thomas the Tank Engine videos on his computer. The business manager, Terry, was also very professional and got the job done, all with a whirling 4 year old bouncing off the walls of his office. Great experience, great deal, and great service. My husband and I would highly recommend Kenny Kang because of his overall professionalism, knowledge, and experience. When we first met Kenny at 7:30 one evening (our first visit), he was willing to because of his overall professionalism, knowledge, and experience. When we first met Kenny at 7:30 one evening (our first visit), he was willing to stay overtime to show us everything we requested and to answer all our questions. He did not seem to mind staying late to meet our needs. He came across as very professional and remained that way throughout our experience. He was not pushy, and that attitude helped influence our purchase. He offered to give us a tutorial and we think he will be there to continue to meet all our needs. Thank you! Marian Mankin More
Dealership gave me a great deal on my trade-in and got me behind the wheel of exactly the car I wanted with all the options and none that I didn't want. Richard spent A LOT of time to show me all the feature behind the wheel of exactly the car I wanted with all the options and none that I didn't want. Richard spent A LOT of time to show me all the features of the car and made sure I knew my car inside and out. I think I spent 15 minutes total in financing signing papers and choosing extended warranty. I wish buying a new car was always this easy. I've already recommended this dealership to friends and family. I'd recommend to strangers too. More
I went in to drive a car that caught my eye. after a test drive, i went in to make an offer. first off the sales associate tried to make me pay 800 for a part that the car needed in order for it to me sold t drive, i went in to make an offer. first off the sales associate tried to make me pay 800 for a part that the car needed in order for it to me sold to me. He said he could not sell me the car until the tail lights were replaced at MY EXPENSE. Once i negotiated, he took the $800 away. We haggled on the price for a good 10 minutes, and after it all, he gave me a final offer...which was the Exact same offer as the one we eliminated 10 minutes prior to negotiating. After that, the manager came, sat down at the table with us, and basically said 'thats it, if you dont like it sorry' and gets up and leaves without any notice. He was VERY rude to us and that alone made us leave. Once I left, the sales person (who was a good guy I will give him that) called me and appologized, and said he spoke with his general manager, and offered me the price of the car for a goood price. We both verbally and agreed on the deal, binding a contract also via texts. I said I accept the offer proposed, and will be in tomorrow to purchase the car. Once I arrive at the dealership, cash in hand...I was told by one of the other managers the car is 'being sold as we speak' to some couple who just walked in. He said he would call me if the finance fell through. I continued to tell them, we agreed on everything, and a contract was formed in which I accepted the offered deal and I have CASH in hand, and that this car was MINE. They also took off soooooo much warranty because the car was modified, so their price they were asking for was ASTRONOMICAL for a 2007 car with now a limited warranty. So to sum it up, from the moment I walked into the dealership until the time i cursed them all out, my experience was HORRIBLE. Either way it worked out for me, because I went to the dealership right next door (rosenthal nissan) and bought the same car, with lower miles, full warranty left and was treated like royalty. They lost a sale, and my future business. Who turns down $30,000 cash and makes the customer suffer from from start to finish over the course of 2 days? More
