This is the third time I bought a new Infiniti from this dealership. For this last time, the sales consultant, Floyd Summers, was extremely courteous and helpful. My new licens plates arrived on time. However, the dealership never called me to inform me that they were in so I did not know. My car temporary tags expired and my son told me this as he had noticed dealership never called me to inform me that they were in so I did not know. My car temporary tags expired and my son told me this as he had noticed the expired dates. So, i called the Dealership and got my terrific Salesman, Richard Slater. He arranged for me to come get the plates and he put them on my car for me. More

About six years ago we had visited Tysons to look at a G35. After talking for a minute to a salesman and telling him the other vehicles we were considering, he apparently decided we weren't worth his tim G35. Needless to say, we did not buy a vehicle there and were somewhat hesitant to revisit the dealership. This time we went the internet route and obtained quotes from four area dealers. Tysons was the first to respond, had the exact car we were looking for, was priced within the range and convenient to our home so we made an appointment for Saturday morning. We were greeted at the door and immediately assigned to Floyd Summers. What a difference! Floyd took us to the 'back lot', pulled the car out and went over all the features before we test drove it. Although he is apparently very knowledgeable about the G37, he was just so excited to show us everything it had to offer. We were probably viewed as a soft sell, but he treated us as though we were the only clients in the showroom. After the "deal was done" he took us to the service department to meet our service rep and continued to take care of us until the keys were handed over. We had a wonderful experience with Tysons Infinity, and with Floyd in particular. Would recommend them, and him, to anyone. More
I had a great experience at this dealership, specifically with Floyd Summers. My husband and I came in to test drive a Camry and we were treated with the upmost respect regardless of how much we were going t with Floyd Summers. We never felt rushed or pressured and Floyd took the time to explain and answer all of my questions. Floyd was helpful, friendly and professional. His explanation were very clear, and he showed lots of patience as we worked through the documents. A couple of years ago I visited a Infiniti dealership in the DC area and the customer service was not very friendly. In fact, I do not think the salesperson even took me seriously. Now that I was back in the market for a new car, but still wanted an Infiniti, I decided to go to Infiniti of Tyson's Corner. Initially, I was somewhat uneasy prior to my arrival due to my past experience with the other Infiniti dealership, but once I walked into the showroom, I was pleasantly surprised. I was greeted by very courteous staff and assigned to Towney (salesperson) and Terry (finance manager). Both of these guys made my car buying experience painless. They were professional, down to earth, honest, and very straightforward. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I've wanted an Infiniti G for a long time now, and Towney and Terry helped make this a reality for me. I love, Love, LOVE my new G37X! More
Excellent and professional service. Above and beyond my expectations. Louis Blount and his team of sales associates greet you at the door and assist you immediately. Nathan (can't recall last name) went expectations. Louis Blount and his team of sales associates greet you at the door and assist you immediately. Nathan (can't recall last name) went to great lengths to take us through the entire inventory of G37x's on the back lot, provided us with detailed information, and helped us find the car we wanted to buy. This was no small task since we had an 18 month old baby with us. Without us asking, Nathan even made sure the cars were cooled before we entered them in consideration of the baby. Louis stepped in to assist Nathan with the negotiations and we reached a great deal within minutes (Louis applies a no-nonsense approach that works). Terry Long entered the picture at that point to document and explain the lease terms. Like Nathan and Louis, Terry was engaging, informative, funny, and a pleasure to deal with. On top of everything to this point, when the car was presented to us for delivery, Louis sat in the front seat next to me and walked me through all of the features (including the music box radio, sirius, navigation, and blue tooth, among others). He even matched our blackberries to the blue tooth and set our pre-sets on FM and satellite radio. Incredible that he spent that amount of time assisting us AFTER the car was delivered - especially considering this was a busy Saturday afternoon and the place was crawling with car buyers. He saved me two weeks of free time during that 30 minute session! Louis, Tim, and Nathan are true professionals, courteous, knowledgeable and great at their jobs. The process was a pleasure start to finish. Infiniti of Tysons Corner may be the place we go to buy every car we need for years to come. We truly enjoyed our afternoon there. By the way, Infiniti of Tysons Corner also beat the local competition price wise and service wise. This was the second Infiniti dealer I visited. I visited the dealer closest to my home the night before (without my wife and child). While that dealer was willing to discuss pricing, they wanted me to make an appointment the next day for a test drive. Their price was fair, so I agreed to make the appointment. That dealer's earliest appointment was in the afternoon, so we decided to stop by Infiniti of Tysons Corner beforehand (and without an appointment). Obviously, we left with a car and a great experience. As a professional myself, I appreciate other professionals who value my time. Thanks Nathan, Louis, and Terry! More
I just leased an Infiniti G37x Coupe from Kenny today. I have bought/leased more than 7 cars so far for myself/family/friends and without a doubt, today was the single best experience I have ever had.
