I recently leased with Infiniti of Tysons Corner. Floyd was very customer service oriented and was more than willing to meet me after I got out of work, even though his shift for that day had ended. I'm a first time car buyer and have been looking at the Infiniti G37 for about a year. I went to another dealership a year ago and sweated through the entire process, and in the end decided not to purchas Infiniti G37 for about a year. I have been dreading going back to a car dealership for fear that I would have a similar experience. I went to the Tyson's dealership and was pleasantly surprised. I worked with Kenny who made the entire "car buying" experience as painless as possible. He gave me a great price on the G37 from the start, which meant there was little time spent negotiating. They were having a special on financing, so that was easy as well. I did have to wait over an hour to get into the financing office, but it was late Sunday night and I think they were busier than expected. Once in "financing", I worked with Terry who was quick and cut to the chase. Overall, I had a great experience and am VERY pleased with my purchase! More

Went in to test drive an M37x I had seen on their website and was promptly greeted by Mr. Anany who was very personable and warm. The very reasonable printed price of the car on the internet was honored with no unwanted attempts at negotiation. While waiting for my car to be prepped for delivery, Mr. Anany took us over to the service department and introduced us to some of the service employees. There was no hard-sell or stress involved with the purchase my Infiniti. I am very pleased with my new car and the entire purchase process with this dealership, which was extremely pleasurable, and will return to them if I find myself in the market for another Infiniti vehicle in the future.
