My experience at Infiniti of Tysons Corner was excellent in customer service all the way across the board. I traveled about 200 miles to Infiniti of Tysons Corner to buy a car (the nearest Infiniti dealer is 100 miles from my house, and there is no competition, so I travel further for a better deal.) I picked Infiniti of Tysons because they had the largest inventory in the DC area. I arrived as a very educated consumer, on the last day of the month, knowing both the market pricing and the details of the lease program. Everyone respected my level of knowledge, and allowed me to guide the negotiations, as it was my desire to discuss price, relative to invoice, and then pick a car with the color and options I wanted. I was ending a prior lease of a G35, and was purchasing a G37, so I knew the product. I typically turn over my car and my wife's car every three years, so I have purchased or leased over 10 new cars, and this was the easiest new car purchase I have ever been involved in. No pressure in the finance office. I wanted to buy a car; they wanted to sell a car. Simple as that. Kenny Kang and Terry Long were great to work with. I'm very happy with my new G. More

This was a great car buying experience. They were very low pressure, even though it was the end of the sales month. I did a lot of research on the car that I was considering and reviewed asking and sales prices from across the country and I feel like the deal I got was more than fair. It wasn't a spectacular blow out - but I was more than comfortable with the final price. This dealership also put some extra work into the car before the sale. It had its full service, breaks, etc. About $900 worth of work that most dealers would for-go on a used car turn around. Floyd Summers was my sales person. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. Terry Long, the finance manager, worked hard to get me the best rate he could. Additionally, he didn't try to pressure me into options that I really didn't need or couldn't afford. A very honest dealership that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality used car. I purchased an 2008 Infiniti G35X on March 17, 2011 and I am very pleased. The sales consultants: Wale Ewebiyi, Flod Summers and Finance Director, Terry Long were great! Chris is credible, forthcoming, professional, knowledgeable and a passionate auto enthusiast which makes it a pleasure working with him. The service personnel who work on the cars are professional and highly competent. I've made Infiniti of Tyson's Corner the only place I would service my car and Chris my advisor of choice. I would highly recommend both Infiniti of Tyson's Corner and of course Chris. More

I worked with Hugo over the phone and via email when closing the sale. He was very friendly and focused on making sure that I got the features that closest met my needs and budget. Terry Long also provided great customer service during the financing stage. He was friendly, informative and helped us understand the specific prepaid maintenance options available to us. I greatly enjoyed my buying experience with Infiniti of Tyson's Corner and would recommend this dealer to anyone interested in purchasing a great car. More

He has a great passion for his job and is very knowledgeable. He was able to give me a great overview of the features on the car. Terry Long also provided great customer service and is a very friendly man as well. He was very honest with us and didn't pressure us to buy any additional things that we may not have wanted [such as extended warranties and what not]. Overall, buying from Infiniti of Tyson's was a great experience and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. They are really friendly and the customer service is wonderful. More
