While the car was being detailed, Kenny gave me a tour of the service facility, explaining their loaner program. I drove away in a couple of hours. At no point I felt rushed or pressured -- everything was a handled in reasonable conversation. Yes, I definitely would recommend this dealership. And I love the car. More

I recently purchased a new G37 from this dealer. After contacting dealerships up and down the east coast, I found this dealership just outside of DC. Their original quote beat every other dealership by 5 contacting dealerships up and down the east coast, I found this dealership just outside of DC. Their original quote beat every other dealership by 5k. I contacted other dealerships and asked if they could compete with the price offered by Tyson's Corner and none of them could. They all said I should take that deal and buy from the Tyson's corner dealership. I worked out the deal over the phone, drove up and made the purchase. No additional fees were added or changed from our original agreement. It was all very staright forward. I walked in, the sales manager re-iterated the price we had agreed on and that was it. Floyd, our sales man, was very friendly. I took a test drive while he went over all of the details about the car. I left the dealership with a great deal on a great car. Overall, it was a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Our sales man and sales manager were very pleasant. They were not pushy at all. I would certainly buy from them again. More

I had a few problems with my car and he was very helpful in resolving my issues. I highly recommend anyone interested in an Infiniti to check out this dealership and ask for Yong. My advice for new buyers is to inspect your new car carefully before you make the purchase, so you won't run into problems that I had. I spotted a tear in the leather seat on the passenger side after a week of owning the new car. The dealership is very helpful in correcting the issue for me. I'm scheduled to go in later this week to get the leather seat repaired. I will update my post with the result in the near future. More
