I went in to look at a used vehicle and quickly decided to purchase it. Kenny Kang was the sales consultant who assisted me. I told Kenny what my price point was and made it clear I did not want to sit and haggle over the price. Kenny talked to his manager and agreed on my offer price. We closed the deal within minutes and I left very satisfied. There was 1 issue with the vehicle which was the GPS/radio was not functioning properly. Kenny assured me they would fix or replace the system to get it working. The vehicle was serviced within 2 weeks and a brand new GPS/Radio system was installed in the vehicle due to problems with the old system. Excellent experience with Kenny and the service department. They kept their word and did what they said they would. I got a great deal on a great vehicle. More

On 9/30/2011 I stopped at the parking lot of The Infiniti of Tyson's Corner. I was looking to purchase a car that day but I was not sure what make or model at that time. Went there for service - had to replace wood trim on my FX35 because of the recall. I made an appointment, and they said the part was there. Drove to Tysons and, of course, they didn't even order the part. FX35 because of the recall. I made an appointment, and they said the part was there. Drove to Tysons and, of course, they didn't even order the part. Service "advisor" said it will be there next week, and he'd call. Never happened. I called the manager, Bob Marr (or something like that) and he said the part were still in transit. What a lie!! Two weeks later I just gave up, went to Infiniti of Alexandria. They overnighted the part, provided a loaner, fixed it the next day. Infiniti of Tysons is not a good place to have your service - dishonest, unprofessional. I definitely can't trust them to do a good job on my car. More
