Came here after a bad experience at passport Infiniti - STAY AWAY FROM THERE. Tysons corner Infiniti is 1000% better. Nothing over the top, just very efficient - they get your issue taken care of and make sure you are happy. With most dealerships I have experienced, they seem to zone you out while you are explaining your issue and then say "yeah we will take care of it" then ignore your issue, and then tell you 15 other things wrong with your car. This is not the case here, they LISTEN and actually seem to care about what you and your car need. I have been given loaner cars at every visit and have been pleased with the fast and easy process. Tysons corner will be the only ones touching my car from now on. More
