Buying the used car was easy and the $499 document fee is just a profit item as it took THREE weeks to get them to process a title reassign for a car that I paid for in cash. Their office work is very poor and appears to be some issues in the back office with office process quality. I will not go there again. More
I went to Infiniti of Tyson's Corner after a car buying service recommended it. While the initial vehicle I went to see was not what I was looking for, Kevin and Mo were very helpful in understanding my n service recommended it. While the initial vehicle I went to see was not what I was looking for, Kevin and Mo were very helpful in understanding my needs, finding a good vehicle which addressed those needs, keeping in my price range, and in working with me to help me make an informed decision whether I would purchase it or not. Mo was very friendly and helpful. As my circumstances were such that I was on a tight budget, Kevin was very helpful in helping work out an acceptable price. Lots of help, not a lot of pressure and we are happy with the way things turned out. I have worked with at least half a dozen other delaerships looking to buy a vehicle and Inifiniti of Tyson's Corner was the best of them by far. Because of the help from people like Mo and Kevin, this is the first place I am going to when I need my next vehicle. More

Buying a car from Infiniti of Tyson's Corner was a very different experience to any previous car purchases that I've made. At no time did I feel intimidated or pressured to buy a car. Infinti of Tysons Corner posts the "True Price" for each car and when I left the dealership to research their prices, I was shocked to learn the "True Price" was actually lower than Kelly Blue Books "fair market value" price for the same car in the same zip code. I was very pleased with the trade-in price that I was offered. I visited one other Infiniti dealer in the area and was shocked at the price difference and level of service that I received. The General Manager (Young) and Manager of Internet Sales (Kevin) made it very clear they appreciated my business - and even offered me lunch while I was completing the sales paperwork. I cannot tell you how pleased I was with this car buying experience and will absolutely recommend Infiniti of Tyson's Corner to any/all of my friends. More
When I arrived to buy a new G37, I was concerned the offer I received wasn`t going to be what the car actually cost. The overall experience at the dealership was the best (by far) of any dealership I previously used. The finance department also worked with me very patiently reviewing, and re-reviewing each number until I understood everything. The price was good, all the research I did on the internet convinced me no othe dealer in the D.C. area was selling this car for less. I'd highly recommend Infinity of Tysons Corner to anyone interested in an Infinity....and don't forget to ask for Desiree, you'll be glad you did. More

I was in a high stress situation to say the least and my local dealer was just not making me feel comfortable. The staff at Tyson's were extremely helpful. Very transparent with the incentives that they used to reach their sales prices. They were extremely responsive and communicative over phone and email, answering question after question over a multi-week period. I can't say enough good things about their service, it was exceptional. More

After a few dealerships, I ended up at Infiniti of Tyson’s Corner where I was greeted with courteous and responsive service. Ahmed really went above and beyond to help me find my dream car. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to talk too. He understood right away what I was looking for and unlike the pressure to buy I felt at the other dealerships, his first priority was making sure the car was the right fit for me. Thanks Ahmed! Towney made for a WONDERFUL buying/trade-in process!!!! We hit a few bumps along the way and he worked around the clock to make sure things were just as we wanted and taken care of. Contacted Infiniti of Tyson's Corner after a less than impressive experience with another dealership. When we arrived the QX56 was parked up front, just washed, with our name on a tag hanging from the rear view mirror (a nice touch especially compared to arriving at another dealership only to see the car covered in plastic inside and out). We were met by Kenny Kang and truly enjoyed our experience working with him. He knew the vehicle inside and out and was very helpful throughout the process. The QX56 is a fantastic vehicle and we got it for a great price. The sales manager was also very helpful as we worked through the VPP military program (great price!) and the additional Conquest rebate they also provided. Was impressed from the time we arrived until departure with Kenny Kang. He is a great person who cares about his customers. I would certainly consider buying again at this dealership and definitely with Kenny Kang! More
