I was looking for a used 328i and looked around to know what the inventory was like in the northern VA area. Kenny Kang greeted me and was very nice. He immediately suggested to take a test drive. Kenny made sure that I could get a good feel for how the car would drive and he pointed out the key features of the 328i model during the test drive. When we arrived back at the dealership, Kenny addressed my questions about car fax, previous owner, etc. We discussed the final price with no pressure or back and forth on the price. Kenny was extremely professional and very helpful throughout the sales process. He even called the previous owner to see if she would drop off the extra key so that I could have a spare one. When I came back to pick up the care the next day, Kenny had received the extra key and had it waiting for me.
