Horrible horrible service. Brought my car in for VA inspection. I ask do they have capacity to do an oil change. Enthusiastically says yes. I said how long will it take. So at one hour forty five mins I ask for a status. Cristian Guevara tells me my car is on the lift. I said is the inspection done, he doesn’t know. I said how much longer? No real clear answer. He then says well you came in for an inspection and added an oil change. I responded if you are backed up why wouldn’t you tell me. I wouldn’t have had it done. He then says give me 20-30 mins. The. Spoke with the manager (Chris) and he really didn’t care and acted like I was bothering him. This is clearly a culture issue at this facility. Will never be back! More
We have taken our cars to this infiniti dealership for service for years and have always been treated well. Drop off and pick up are fast and easy. 3 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I was told 1-1.5 hours when I arrived. No communication throughout the service. I am understanding of these types of issues but he should have explained at the beginning not after I complained. I have been going here for years and Steven Tran was my previous service advisor who was great and always kept me informed on status. I heard he is no longer there so I had to use another. More
Appointment management and Rudeness I own a 2019 Infiniti QX60 that I bought from this dealer. It has only 28K miles on it. Set up an appointment for them to look into the warping of rotors, as I was getting pulsation on the wheel when I braked from higher speeds than about 50 mph. Appointment was at 10 am, Fill the service advisor informed me that it could take about 1.5 hrs to find out if it would be covered under warranty. I requested that since I am waiting can they look at it sooner and let me know. Fill said yah he just gave the outer limit, it could be in 15 mins as well. I waited for an hour and checked with Fill - he stated that they are now just pulling it in to look into it. Then they took another 30 mins to come and tell me that yes all rotors are warped and it will not be covered under warranty. Warranty is not reason I am giving this service center a one star. If they gave an appointment for 10 am I can understand a 15 to 20 min delay before they can start to look at the problem. Instead it took them an hour to even look at the problem. They need to better schedule the appointments and waste the time of waiting customers. it gets worse - please read on. Then when Fill told me that it will not be covered under warranty, I requested to talk to the service manager - Chris. Fill texted Chris that I wanted to talk to him. When Fill came to his glass enclosed office I asked Fill if I could see Chris. I was standing in the counter area of where customers usually stand when talking with an advisor. And the service manager is barely 10 ft away in his glass cabin. Fill asked me to leave that area and go back to the customer waiting area. And before I could react or say anything - he very rudely almost yelled at me "don't stand here like a hawk" and walked away to Chris's office. This is absolutely rude of Fill to talk to any customer like that. All other staff at the service center are very courteous. Fill needs to be given a refresher training for how to communicate with a customer - regardless of how he himself is feeling at that moment. Bad review is for this reason and the long wait for someone who had an appointment in the first place. My expectation was that wear and tear of the brake pads I can understand, however rotors warping at just 28K miles I was not expecting from a brand like Infiniti. This is a separate issue and I will deal with Infiniti corporate. More
The car broke down about 3 miles down the road as soon as I got on the highway, make sure when you test drive a car take it on the highway not just around the block.
