Also I tried to get a subscription for the Infiniti connect and intouch and in order to do so there is an upgrade that would need to be done due to At&t changing for 2g to 3g and I was not informed of that offer if I want the upgrade to be able use this system and why it wasn't graded anyway. Talking with the person from Infiniti Corporate they would have done so and reduced the cost for their customers or just upgraded it before selling the car so the customer could have full access for all services whether they chose to use it or not. I have only had to car for two months and in order to get things done to the car I need or would like I'm going to have to spend another almost $700.00 on top of the two car payments I have already made. Its amazing i'm finding out information about services that I feel that I should have been told about and offered during the time I was purchasing my car. Right now how I feel, WOULD I send anyone to purchase a car from your location the answer would be NO. I'm still upset with the situation with the scratches on the passenger side of the car, you'll pay for the mirror but not the doors if the doors have to be repainted that another $300 cost on me. And I probably would not have been upset about that either if I was told prior to that there were some scratches on the car during the time of me purchasing the car. Especially since the pictures did not reflect the scratches or paint damage to the mirror. I still don't understand how the driver side floor mate has a hole in it for car to have been a lease and only 4 years old, but the other mates are in excellent condition, why that one could not have been replaced and if i replace it that's another $200. I still would have purchased the car but I still would have liked to have been informed. I say all of that to say this for Infiniti to be the high end luxury vehicle and for you to be a Infiniti Dealer, the customer service and information about certain services and information about the vehicle could and should have been much better than what I feel I received during and especially after purchasing the car. I placed phone calls and left messages about issues to get maybe two returned phone call, when I felt several. l know the receptionist go tired of the messages and calls, but when my finance called he got a better response and its not even his car. It took my finance to finally get the service set up to get the mirror repaired on the car; settled once I got it back to NC with who I go through to get it done and paid for. And again its not his car, its mine. More
I will NEVER, EVER, TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0. I contacted the dealer 10 am and made arrangements and had a deal we agreed on. I was called I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0. I contacted the dealer 10 am and made arrangements and had a deal we agreed on. I was called two times during my trip to the dealer. One of the calls from Sales manager Eric and the other from the sales rep Charles to make sure that I was coming on the time we agreed. I drove 1 hour and 20 minutes, I even called them on my way driving to the dealership to confirm. I got in the dealer and the car was pulled in the front for me to go in and spend time with the vehicle. After an hour waiting in the dealership, and staying within the E350 I was given, the Manager came and told me "I am sorry the vehicle is sold" to the couple inside. Another sales rep took the keys and drove off the vehicle so quick that he almost ran over my friend waiting on the side. Absolute joke and waste of my time! First off the same manager called me 2 times one to confirm the appointment, 2nd to make sure I was coming. The same manager also greeted me in the gallery while knowing there was the same couple tying the deal. Same manager was there when they gave me the car to sit and check out the vehicle. They offered free gas to make up for all of their greed to tie a deal with another customer while they already confirmed a deal with an appointment. Manager said I am sorry its first come first serve, I can buy you a dinner! I am not sure if they were making fun of me by calling me total 5 times in one day to make the deal and three calls during my arrival to the dealership to sell the car to someone else afterwords. I will NEVER, EVER, TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! More

One of the best car salesman in the D.M.V area! Highly recommend David WASKIEWICZ for his superb customer service, honesty, and helpfulness throughout the buying process. He truly is one of the best Highly recommend David WASKIEWICZ for his superb customer service, honesty, and helpfulness throughout the buying process. He truly is one of the best car salesmen in the DMV area! My wife and I were looking to invest in a used CR-V and trading in our 2001 Honda CR-V to keep up with our growing family. David was more than willing to help us step by step and answer any questions we had before finally deciding on the right car for us. It's hard to find a car salesman that isn't only interested in making their monthly sales quota and David was a breath of fresh air from the beginning as he was so patient and willing to help even after buying the car during snowy day (we were that impressed with his work ethic & sincerity). David truly believes in making long-term relationships with his clients and getting to know him as a family man himself with a humble background made him even more relatable. I look forward to driving our new 2013 Honda CR-V for years to come and all thanks to one man that is truly knowledgeable, trusting, and loves what he does by helping families and small-business owners get a good deal on the car that suits their lifestyle. Declining service We purchased/leased 4 of our previous Infiniti’s from the Tyson’s Infiniti dealership, though this was the first one since ownership changed to Koons. We purchased/leased 4 of our previous Infiniti’s from the Tyson’s Infiniti dealership, though this was the first one since ownership changed to Koons. Prior to Koons the service was excellent. Based on our July experience level of service has declined measurably. To the good, the sales rep allowed plenty of time to demo our new car, and he was easy going. We got to a good price and we agreed to the contract. From there it went downhill, as if the main goal is just to get to the sale. After agreeing on price we set a date for delivery about a week later. This gave them time to prep the car and add a couple accessories( all weather mats and roof cross bars). So, when I show up I find that the car is not prepped with our accessories nor was it even detailed. They tell me the accessories need to be ordered, which will take a week. The final paperwork process went smoothly and even gave me a nice key fob with me e-docs. Though, come to find out they gave me a bonus—the key fob had another person’s docs on there as well. In today’s cyber risk world, this is disturbing. The sales rep calls a couple days later and tells me the mats can be picked up. My wife stops by, and the sales rep says there are no more left, they sold the last set. Waste of time. A few days later the dealer sends a rep out to deliver the mats and install the cross bars. He doesn’t even have a tool to install them so he borrows a screwdriver. A couple days later we find that the front mat is torn, requiring yet another visit to complete this simple task. Fast forward another month or so and we find that the roof rails were rattling. Come to find out they were likely not tightened correctly because the screw requires a special torx head and cannot be installed by a typical screwdriver. To top this all off, we are offered a couple oil changes for our troubles. Then we get a flyer in the mail and see that the dealer gives all new cars two free oil changes. How gracious of the sales manager to make things right with us! And lastly, we get our closing statement for our prior Infiniti lease. Come to find out Koons did not connect with Infiniti Finance to apply three remaining lease payments that were to be paid with the new lease. Thus, Infiniti Finance was looking for me to pay this bill. That took another few phone calls and messages to clear up over a couple weeks. In sum, I would not look at Koons Tyson’s as a premium car dealership. They simply represent the old school car sales paradigm of “moving iron”. Shop for your next Infiniti accordingly. More
