From making internet inquiries and getting lighting fast reponses back to scheduling maintenance work and discussing all given options, the service team was very clear in communicating and never once pushed for uneeded repairs! My car now has a very long healthy life ahead all thanks to amazing car docs working hard including Jack, Caleb, and Jared! And an even *bigger thank you to the bestest manager Patrick for being super courteous and informative to all of my concerns and needs and for helping me find and take care of the car of my dreams! I take my 2012 Ford Mustang to these folks at Sheehy Inifiniti because I trust them . They are honest folks who tell you what needs to be done and and they tell you what will be needed soon but not now Inifiniti because I trust them . They are honest folks who tell you what needs to be done and and they tell you what will be needed soon but not now. There is no pressure. I took my convertible to them as one side of the top hung back as the other rose upon closing. The roof would eventually close. I was told that I should take it to Ford dealer. Later that day I ran an errand and put the top down. When I put the top up, it worked perfectly. So , these folks fixed my problem despite the fact that they told me I was better off going to a Ford dealer. I am older than amino acids but as long as I still drive, I will only go to Chantilly Infiniti for service. More
