I've taken my vehicle into this service dept two times with the same outcome. It seems that the customers issues are second to charging for what should be warranty work. Never was, then on the 2nd visit I was told that it's not a warranty issue. And then was told work was done on this car at Alexandria. Which is NOW over due to 12k miles. Had the service dept bothered to mention about this in the history of the vehicle. I would have have been able to get it fixed under warranty for work. Convieniently now I can be charged for work. Bottom line. With the service record of the vehicle at their finger tips, it could have been easily mentioned that this issue was observed previously. It was not mentioned, until it was too late. This is my first Infiniti. Might be my last. Always reciever better service from Audi/BMW More
When I leased my FX35 from this dealership, I paid a premium over the offers I had from other Infiniti dealers in the area just because of the benefits of their 500 Club. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and the inefficiency of the staff that I came in contact with. On my very first service appointment, I had been put down as willing to wait while service was being performed when I had mentioned that I wanted a loaner while making the appointment. When this came to light, I was told (twice) that a loaner was being arranged. This never materialized and after about an hour, I was told that my car was ready. After I got the car, I noticed that it had not been vacuumed. I emailed Ken Smith (General Manager) and Jack Wynn (Parts & Service Director) about this but never heard back form them. Not even an acknowledgement! I guess once the sale is made, these people do not care about anything else. A big thumbs down to them. I am taking my business elsewhere. More
