We are very pleased with our purchase! After very little response to 10 days of advertising, we sold our older car the day before we were to head out on a vacation at the beach. Suddenly we needed wheels for the trip and planned to rent a car. However, my husband had had his eye on a used Infiniti EX35, and we had driven one a few weeks earlier at another dealer. On a whim my husband noticed a 2012 Infiniti EX35 Journey advertised online at the Sheehy dealer, and asked me to stop by and see if I liked it. Therefore, I dropped into the Sheehy dealer first thing and was greeted warmly by Lance Cote; I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the vehicle; and very quickly the deal was signed, sealed and delivered. Not prone to snap decisions, this was totally out of character for both of us; and we were amazed that within a short time we headed down the road, on the way to the beach. Upon our return, Lance has gone above and beyond to make sure a few things on the vehicle were done as promised. Over and over, he has proven to be a true leader in friendly, superior and responsible salesmanship and a knowledgeable representative of Infiniti vehicles.
