We found the car we wanted and Chuck was really nice and helpful over the phone. We drove 1,5 hours from our house to get to this dealership and it's WORTH IT. Our car actually needed a minor software update when we went to pick it up and wasn't ready- so Lance actually drove 30 minutes to our house that night to drop it off!
