We went into the dealership for a state inspection on our QX56, and because of great customer service, drove away with a new SUV. Chuck Vanderwall, our sales consultant, was great to work with. Having done no research on new cars, we were flying blind. He was patient and knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained all of the features of the various models available, both used and new. We are very happy with the vehicle we purchased. It's a few months later now, and I needed a car for myself. Our experience was so great, we went back to Chuck without even knowing what used cars they had available. Again, he was extremely helpful showing us the used inventory and describing the features of all of them. We ended up purchasing a pre-owned vehicle and again the process was so easy and enjoyable. I mostly dealt with Mackenzie McDonald, and I told him what I was looking for. He found a nice 2004 Ford Explorer for us with very low mileage. I had some questions about some other cars I had found on the website and advised us he wasn't comfortable selling us a car from another lot. Which we were very happy with his honesty, and the fact he wasn't trying to make a quick dollar off of us. Then, George Khalil helped us with the financing and made some price adjustments for us.
