Best experience ever! I have bought several cars in my short time of being on this earth and this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I called Tuesday afternoon about a car I was interested in, spoke with Mackenzie McDonald. He answered all of my questions in detail and informed me that the vehicle was at a sister store in Annapolis and that if I were interested in it that he would go get it and bring it to his location. Mac followed up with the next day and I told him that I would be down later that day to see the car. We spoke briefly about what my expectations were with my trade and he was able to meet them. I arrived about 4:30, Mac was notified I was there and he greeted me immediately. Took the car out for a quick test drive, got into details and was done about an hour and a half later. Holy crap are these guys good, from Mac, the manager, finance, detail guys, and the overall dealership as a whole. Mac defiantly has the it factor, very professional, courteous and on top of his game when it comes to customer service and meeting the needs of customer.
