I recently leased a new Infiniti QX60 truck and was fortunate to work with Dennis, a knowledgeable and dedicated sales associate. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle, Dennis made it his fortunate to work with Dennis, a knowledgeable and dedicated sales associate. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle, Dennis made it his priority to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. His wealth of knowledge regarding the QX60 was truly impressive. He guided me through the various features and options available in a clear and concise manner, and patiently answered all of my questions with a high level of detail. He was never pushy or overwhelming, but rather gave me the space I needed to weigh my options and come to my own conclusions. One of the things that really stood out to me about Dennis was his genuine passion for the product. It was clear that he believed in the QX60 and that he was proud to be representing the brand. This has to be the least process biggest joke of a business there is. I came in on Saturday test drove a car, didn't make a deal because the manager Austin was a jerk. I get a call that evening from business there is. I came in on Saturday test drove a car, didn't make a deal because the manager Austin was a jerk. I get a call that evening from Barrie the salesman offering to knock down the price of the car to make it work. On Sunday around 3 I confirm with Barrie the car is available and tell him I will be there around 4 to pick it up. I arrive around 345 a different manager tells me sorry he sold the car this morning. I told him that is unprofessional to waste my time like that, he says its the sales people that did that not him, I had to tell him that as a manager he is responsible for his employees actions. Only come here if you want to deal with rude unprofessional children playing games and wasting time. More

I brought my son into Sheehy Infinity to look at a used car. He had been looking to buy his first car and he was looking at several cars at various dealerships in the area.
