He is a dynamic person with just the right personality to handle all my questions and make comparisons. He is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti, and he drives one himself. He instilled confidence in me to trust that we could work out a deal to trade in my ten year old car. I had never traded in a car before. I think he gave me a fair deal. I respect his professionalism enough to recommend him to any future car buyer. In addition, the staff at the dealership puts the customer first, a rare consideration these days. Joe Davison provided exceptional service from our first email contact to me coming out for a test drive. From test drive to meeting with Finance, deal was done within 2 hours. My financing period was shorter than normal since I didn't require financing for my purchase. I strongly recommend Joe Davison and Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. I live 11 miles from another Sheehy Infiniti dealer but I'll go back to Chantilly in the future. More

Lance worked with Dave, in finance, to have all my lease paperwork ready went I arrived to take delivery of my car. I was in my new car in less than an hour! JB was meant to B I saw the vehicle on Autotrader and I wasn't able to visit the dealership for a few weeks but luckily it was still there. I arrived and walked around browsing the inventory and then JB calmly offered his assistance if I wanted to look at vehicles or ask any questions. This was important because I hadn't purchased a car for several years so I was nervous. If I wasn't satisfied with the sales experience I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle no matter how much I liked it but luckily that wasn't the case. JB made things easy by answering all my questions, giving good background information on several vehicles and alerting me to the differences. I never felt pressured or stressed on the test drives or sitting across from him in the dealership. Trust and understanding are critical in the decision-making process and JB's understanding allowed me to trust him which made the process easy. I would buy another vehicle from JB. More
