Curtis was like hanging out with an old friend even though we just met. He seemed very honest and trustworthy and that's why we decided to purchase the vehicle. The Nissan Armada that we purchased is an amazing vehicle but little did we know it was missing 5 lug nuts off of the passanger front tire. The tire was literally hanging on with one lug attached. It felt like the tire was falling off or a bad bearing hub assembly. The lug nuts are really recessed in the rim and you really have to look hard to see them. If it wasn't for the lug nut issue this would be a super positive review. I'm not going to hold it against them and I'm sure we will purchase from them again. Goes to show you no matter how fancy the dealership is you can still buy a vehicle with missing lug nuts. The crazy part is that it passed state inspection with the lug nuts missing. Makes me wonder how that happened and who actually inspected the vehicle. Maybe they should get a new automobile inspection mechanic because the one they have sucks. They did fix the problem without hesitation and seemed generally sorry. They checked the entire front end including the alighnment. They also put on 24 new lug nuts as requested. Anyway, thats my thoughts have an awesome day. More

I was looking at one pre-owned vehicle with Mark and was about to buy at another dealer, but Mark earned my business by establishing a good repor that was honest, low pressure, and approachable. In the end, I wanted to do business with Mark and Sheehy because he listened, understood my concerns, and didn't try to push me in one direction or another. I feel like I got a fair deal on both the purchase and trade of my old car. Doing business with a Sheehy was a win-win. More

A year later, after a few friendly "check ins" by Chuck (no pressure) I came back and bought a new Infiniti from him. Easy, quick and neat. An excellent experience. More

The location is the only negative I have. I live in DC, so that travel across routes 50 and 66 can be painful. But, the trip is worth it if you want a great vehicle at a great price. More
Forgot the oil I've been a customer at this dealership for 11 years and the service was great when it was under different ownership. Just had them install wiper blades ($65 installed incorrectly) and change the oil--the next day the car sounded rough and checked the oil--they hadn't added it. I added the oil myself but called to let them know and couldn't get anyone on the phone (3 tries). I'll never be back... More
