No pressure to buy and answered our questions thoroughly. He even offered to go to another dealership in the area to get the exact car we wanted, which he did end up doing for us. We left feeling so impressed that we knew we'd found the place and car we wanted to buy from. Big Regret Never Again Infiniti!! I purchased infiniti q50s around 7 months ago. Since that time I went to service 17 times. It was a big mistake I bought a infiniti!!! They sold me th I purchased infiniti q50s around 7 months ago. Since that time I went to service 17 times. It was a big mistake I bought a infiniti!!! They sold me this car with clean Carfax and Infiniti Certified. Infiniti certified means nothing because I got too many problems with engine,transmission,electric and mechanic system in 7 months. Last time I stopped by NTB for wheel alignments they told me that my car got accident(unreported) before, and they proof it because rear right side of wheel cant alligned very well. Dont believe clean carfax...... I went to this dealer because I couldnt trust craiglist sellers or Junk dealers they have also clean carfax!!. The car is under warranty but I went to too many times which means I spend too much my time to figure out this. Today I visited them for another mechanical problem and talked with service manager. I asked him that Can you check my service history how many times did I come here? He checked that and He told me that " We are sorry but all BMW and Mercedes are same....Here is the answer please ask to yourself that where is the quality? before you come in... More

Great experience! Charles Scott was nothing short of EXCELLENT! Charles was professional and attentive from start to finish. Not once did I feel pressured during my visit, which was a refreshing change from experiences I've had at other dealerships. I showed up at the dealership late on Saturday evening (30-45 mins before closing) but Charles still took the time to take me for a test-drive. Afterwards, Charles gave me his card and encouraged me to come back the next day. Charles' relaxed approach and personable touch were a large part of why I returned the next day. When I showed up the next day, Charles took me for a second test-drive and allowed me plenty of time to look over the car. He was very focused on answering my questions and making sure the car fit my needs. Again, very refreshing. Charles and the Sales Managers worked hard to give me a GREAT deal on both my trade-in and my new car.
